Australia team scored 258 runs in 50 overs by losing 8 wickets. P. Litchfield scored 63 runs in 98 balls and he hitted six 4s mad his performance well. E.perry achieved half century and he scored 50 runs in 47 balls and he hitted five 4s and one 6s. Some of Other batsman performed well and some not but entire team performance was brilliant. D.Sharma from India team also performed well and he bowled out 5 good batsman wickets in 10 overs with 38 runs. UAE is not going to show improvement at all unless they have a proper setup as you said and another thing which is very important is they need to be actually interested in improving in cricket. Here is the thing, Bangladesh never lacked talents. They won the U-19 World Cup a few years back, and now they recently won the u-19 Asia Cup. So it is very clear that they have some talented youngsters. But the problem is that they cannot shine after they get promoted to the senior squad. But the way Bangladesh is looking, they can get things done in the future. Shanto is looking like a very good captain for the team, they got some new talents who are scoring runs and getting wickets. Shoriful Islam developed a lot this year. Tanzim Sakib looks a bit shaky but performs as well.

Their batting still requires some improvement. If Soumya Sarker can return to his old glory days, then Bangladesh will have nothing to worry about. But things are too early to predict as they have performed a few matches. But we can hope for sure.

UAE having population of 9.5 Million with growth of just 0.8 just because of this depended on subcontinent peoples those are doing things for them in most of the departments, and they have no enough structure for the game as well even spending good funds, but things are not going as they wanted with this all which is main reason they are not having good team and also their future is also not good in this game adopted peoples which are currently playing mostly have no citizenship with just doing for some money and after the expiry of visa.

In recent years, we have some changes in this region which are positive but still it's never been easy to change this all ICC needs to put some good work and bring countries which are having native players and also can do much better in this game instead of countries like the UAE and few other Gulf countries those are completely depended on adopted players and playing.
