Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

if we already know that a project that we follow is a scam then we will definitely stop to promote the project, we will know whether the project was a scam or not in the middle of the time or at the end of the project was launched.. so it is difficult for us to know the project was a scam at the beginning of the launch.. and I agree if each bounty campaign program provides an allocation of funds in the form of USD / BTC at the beginning of the campaign open to bounty participants.

You get merit points when someone likes your post enough to give you some. And for every 2 merit points you receive, you can send 1 merit point to someone else!

fraud projects are enough to make many bounty participants lose with their time, because most projects will look deceptive when their development is not normal. and for payment issues a certain amount of allocation is provided for bounty participants, in this sense making bounty participants believe that the developer will focus on developing their projects because they have spent funds in the form of BTC / USD

I don't think anyone here wants to join a fraud bounty, because of course it will only make our time wasted, but in this case of course we also have a problem determining whether a project is a scam or not, because usually, we will realize the scam project when the bounty project will end, so, we as bounty participants can no longer do anything and can only complain because our time is wasted in the project.

This is a good rule that should be implemented here in the forum! This is good news if it does, Because our jobs are guaranteed to get us paid right. But we also have rules for bounty hunters to keep balance and avoid cheaters as well.

Like KYC, I know that others here will not agree. But it can be good for the ICO to be fair and no cheater can enter the campaign

even for many bounty hunters, KYC is useful because a large number of people refuse to participate in such campaigns and then honest hunters can earn more money/tokens

I don't agree with you, it just makes a mess of me. wait try you think, it's a scam project, then you are told to kyc and provide personal information to the scam project.  do you believe it?  Huh

keep in mind, buddy. lately there have been many misuse of special data in this crypto field, instead of giving a number of tokens that have no value.

I think KYC doesn't matter, if the distribution is done every week or every month. because in reality many bounty projects don't pay afterwards.

The problem is we cannot control how people think. Also, not all projects that promotes token are fraud. There are still a few legitimate left although yes most of them are fraudulent. Maybe that is just how this crypto market works. We cannot control it. Even if we try to prevent scammers, they keep coming back at us and they keep finding a way to scam people.

In my opinion, it is difficult for us to stop someone who is promoting a fraudulent project. because we don't have the capacity. but it's great if there are other parties who are stopping the fraudster project that keeps popping up lately.

Let us remember and keep in our mind, that we are now in a digital world, we do have voice over social media, and there's already billions of people who are using social media. So, we can do something to stop scammers, for example, if we know some project that we have proven scam and we have proof then we do have power to tell and share it in all social media platform and also we can ask for help for those who were victim of it too.

Sometimes the other parties who stop the fraud project are also unbelievable, because they may speak to the public to stop the fraud project, even though they also want to deceive the public.

like what ? like a hunter that carries a suspicious sig on his profile and then he shills it everywhere on this site ? i think we cant do anything about the promoter but we can do anything to shut down thier root

. thier are scam accuse board on this forum and anyone can post and investigate if that link is already a scam . still stopping all of the scam is hard task because they still have the ability to come back and create a new one . all we can do is to make research and avoid them as much as possible  .

This is possible to stop the promoting the scam project but who can say or certify correctly that this project is scam or not. So, always evaluate by own-self  and decide whether you should promote or not. I always follow one criteria of checking the scam by looking at their website whether it is a secure or not with https:// . But, in the spreadsheet I always see that for the scam project there are many participants because of the higher return offering them.

And here are some tips that we can get to avoid promoting those scam projects, review the team and of course the quality of the product of the project and look the reviews and opinions also to get infos that we need to prove that the project is legit.

Riview are paid for to carryout dubious assignment on any project. Have been with some projects hoping that they have a good review and active team in their social medias but at the end they scammed potential investors and waste their time of their promoters. Your submissions may not be good enough to  curb this attack on promoters.

But projects in the ICO / IEO phase look legit, the problem come when they end the token sale. After that they stop communicating and developing their project. Why? Because they already have money, what else they need?

There have been many bounty hunters that are not paid or can be called fraudulent. I also participated in many campaigns and have been like this. Everyone be cautious and come up with better ideas for themselves.

There are a lot of good ideas about fighting scammers but not done. Bonus project including advertising is great opportunity if we know seize. I think this rule is quite good and workable.

This is a very good suggestion. Well said

It will be nice if we can put this into action. Sincerely,  we will have less people in the cryptospace complaining of being scammed by projects they have invested in or promoted
