Exactly, now a day it is very easy to find the scam project, after finding we should not support the project by spreading the negative news about the project. Otherwise, many people like us will lose their money by these scam project, we should research a lot before promoting any projects otherwise we will finish up our work without any payments.

It seems that now there aren't many people who promote scam projects again, although there are still a few that promote it. At least it is better than last year, scam projects everywhere. Now many people are smart in doing research and choosing project that need the to be promoted and maybe some people have retired because they are tired of joining bounties and the coins are of no value due to the scam project.

understand it is difficult to avoid scam projects, they have a way to manipulate existing data. The best solution so far is to increase knowledge in conducting research, although research sometimes does not guarantee that the project is valid or not but can minimize being caught up in fraud projects.

I have seen the ongoing bounty campaigns of scam projects and the bounty hunters rush to join their high paying advertisement tasks. Eth classic vision and Etherum beacon bounty campaigns are good examples for this case, the snapshot of Etherum network never have taken by the "developers" and the bounty campaign paritcpants are never get paid due to the scam project. ETCV scammed more than 10 ETH AFAIK.

Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

Escrow would give assurance to bounty hunters that they will be paid later on after the campaign has finished. But I doubt most campaign will put up advance fund unless they are well financed. Bounty rewards are normally taken from that generated funds from ICO so project would likely wont shell out before they have sure funds.

It is a nice idea. Projects that are legit will not hesitate to do and agree to escrow and pay some amount of money in order to start a project, in this case, they will do their best to be better or on the other hand, they will never start a scam project at all. But still, there are and will always be scam projects because people keep involving themselves with this. I can agree my 100% to this idea. a lot of users should do this thing and avoid to join or participate on bounties that don't pay the hard works of each of us. a real projects that will have a huge company in future need investments. they need funds to run a project that everyone can benefits. users here and bounty participants should pay with btc, eth or usd. works of bounty hunters is not a joke they are promoting and included the work of marketing. they are also part of the success and fail. so we need to be treated like a real workers.

The idea of OP is interesting that should crypto projects need to follow, but your's is not. but we are now participating in token campaigns because there are only few projects that pay for btc and fiat. as long as there are campaigns would not pay btc or etc.. we are obligated to participate in this project or its your own choice to join. we can do now is to have a hope for the upcoming bounty campaigns to be succeed and do a own research to get away on scam projects. crypto projects are also unpredicted we can not know if they going to succeed or not or they do their hardwork to be known. better to learn more so we can earn and without any complaints.

Indeed, we should not support a project that can take the money of other people, instead, we should inform them that the particular project is fraud and can possibly take their money away if they invest. We are the one here who help each other. Avoiding some scam people and projects will make us grow in this digital world. There are lots of scam projects out there and there are still people being scammed because of lack of knowledge, I recommend that they should read whitepaper which is located on their forum posts also in their website because almost all of their plans is stated there, also you can check the reviews of others investors if that project is really profitable.

I don't think that scam projects are promoted on social media sites such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and so on because there are still legitimate projects who promotes on the said social media sites, but it turns out to be unsuccessful that they didn't reach the softcap and the hardcap. I think we can't stop scammers from promoting scam projects because it will be difficult for us to find and to stop them, that is why it is better to prevent participating in project that you think it is a scam, maybe it is the only way for scammers to stop promoting scam projects if there are no people who wants to participate.

Sometimes these people promoting are just a victim also because they don't know that the project is scam, it will sometimes go scam only after they raise the amount they need or even less, and its too late, those promoter will not be paid as promise at the same time, but investors will be hurt more since they are the ones who risk money thinking its a good investment.

when there are rules about legitimate projects and it is possible to enter into this forum an experiment and an introduction may be possible beforehand, but in my opinion it is difficult because of the limited distance. one way not to get caught up in a fraudulent project we must be able to understand how to determine a legitimate project. so equip yourself before promoting a new project, although sometimes we still have the potential to be fooled by fraudulent projects

Either you want or not, there are scam projects unless there is punishment for that as well as we continue discussing scam projects while participants participate in suspected projects. I pleaded the forum members not to participate in suspected projects which looked like scam but nobody listened to me. Probably everyone noticed that some of released projects look too suspected and the question is why ti participate in such projects? Either people are greedy or people hope that a particular projects is not scam actually I do not know what making them to participate in junk projects. Anyway I think, people's wishing to earn money causes them to continue participating in scam projects.
