Actually we can say it but we can't really do that. We can't control the population that keeps on promoting those scam projects since we don't hold their actions. But, we should blame the manager of the campaign since he should be the starter to stop the scam project in this forum. Secondly, we should blame people that joined that for some misinformation.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

The idea is very nice, but the problem is elsewhere. The point is that some projects are very well prepared and even experienced users have a problem to identify them as scams. The bounty manager's experience and professionalism play a big role here, because he should be the first to diagnose the project and discover the true intentions of the developers. If the manager is good at what he does, his projects will not turn out to be scams. Join campaigns managed only by good bounty managers.

It cannot be stopped as long as there is money involved and it will just spread all over the internet since more and more bounty hunters are joining the cryptoworld and new projects will be created and campaigns to scam people since it is much easier for them to scam and make money easily by just manipulating people.

And this will happen when the value of bitcoin and altcoin in uptrend or in a bullish market.

Yes of course we can stop promoting scam projects, but how? And here are some tips that we can get to avoid promoting those scam projects, review the team and of course the quality of the product of the project and look the reviews and opinions also to get infos that we need to prove that the project is legit.
What is often a problem so far the bounty hunters are more focused to see how much allocation is provided by the project. Without the need to be too detailed to find out information about the team and other matters relating to the project they are taking part in. Many who promote a project are bounty hunters. The tips you give are very good and should start to be applied by all who want to join a project

that's not a bad idea and I agree with your points above, maybe with a non-ico system or before the developer launches his project using his own funds is much better. maybe ico scam can be reduced and investors will get good profits with these projects.

Most project have little or no initial funds for their project development all they have is their tokens which they give an amount to bounty and other marketing activities they have going on. Its not wise to say because these projects pay with their tokens promotion should stop what the forum should advocate for is either payment being in escrow or part payment of native token and stable coin. If they don't pay with their tokens its of no use creating the tokens at the first place.

Indeed that is why many bounty hunter spreading more stuff of scam projects  in the social media ,because sometimes they always look to how much they will get in every projects that they do belong, even though that the project is not realistic, probable and possible. Scam projects tend to say that each participants will be highly paid and be listed in exchanges instantly yes they do but no volume and trades in cheap exchange too.

Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?
Either way we can't prevent ourselves from scam ICO. Because scam project will offer 40% bounty allocation then investors will think this is good project and we should invest as much as we can. Results will be same. Although this way bounty hunters could get some money but ultimate loser is the investor. As same think is happening with the cryptocurrency.

I think we cannot stop scams from getting into the market and becoming part of this world but we can stop ourselves from joining such projects. It is not very difficult to locate a scam because the offers are a way to sweet to be real. Wherever there is a big bait, never take it. Crypto currencies are not like bounty programs certainly. We have trustworthy options available. Investors of bitcoin and top altcoins have bright futures.

Native coins also do not guarantee it is not a scam, many like this after distribution then Dev throws the towel and runs off the tracks, it is better to guarantee that the escrow guarantees stable coins, especially for those who are concurrent professions as bounty managers. I see many managers who are helpless when they see that many managed altcoin campaigns end up with negative trust for both parties.

This calls for attention but it's not just possible now because dictating it won't be as easy as, unless evidence are shown open but some scam projects are hidden and being promoted by people for money still without people dictating them as scams. Reason why regulation is highly needed and users should always e sure they do proper research to avoid fo
Falling for all these scams being promoted by people whom they paid for fake promotion.

Well this isn't an impractical notion yet that ought not be the main thing we do. I accept that bounty hunters should take the torment of becoming more acquainted with the undertaking that they are battling for so they don't advance a scam is Project aimlessly

You can't completely stop scam projects, but the idea is good, I totally agree. It's just too difficult and more complicated than just one step to stop something wide-spread.

I agree with you, especially if the bounty payment uses USDT or BTC, because with these rules I am sure that bounty hunter will get income according to what is done, so there is no loss between the bounty hunter and the project maker.

Why not? That is if we have a really good ability to choose a project for us to promote. but that also doesn't necessarily make money.
the situation is different now. if we were in 2017, of course, we all see how many successful projects and we are not worried about promoting project scams. but now we are very selective in choosing projects and trying to avoid projects that I think are now very much reduced productivity.

I don't think people promoting these projects can just stop like that as they are being paid (I guess so) or assured of money, it can only stop unless there's regulation to monitor good and scam projects.

people who promote fraud projects, usually they are also trapped in the project. and usually those who are trapped in fraud projects, don't get paid and are also deceived so I don't think the people in the forum will want to do it even if they get paid.

This is a good idea because we can be sure that our hard-earned job will be rewarded. And it will be realized if we start now, This payment system can also greatly help to protect the price of the coin when bounty hunters and investors dump once it is listed on the market.

In my own opinion, we can't stop promoting scam projects, unless people stop getting scammed because maybe scammers will be tired from continuing tricking other people to steal their funds. I also think that there are now few scam projects nowadays, unlike in the year of 2018 that there are really a lot of scam projects that makes most of the good projects became unsuccessful because a lot of investors and bounty hunters lost their interest in participating in projects.

A hard case . People feed on promoting scam projects, it's like an occupation for some persons but truth is we can only stop this unless there's sort of regulation or regulatory body to see to this issue and ensure there's a limit or total stop but with mere speculation it will keep being same.
