I don't think they ever list any coins for free...

certain exchanges do, i know poloniex do, and cryptsy i believe. As the exchange make more money through the fees

You could get listed for free at our exchange if you have at least 30 users vote for three days in a row, if your coin doesn't even have 30 regular users then it won't get that much trading on any exchange, I'm afraid :x

I think we have to focus on one exchange and put our efforts there , if we spread trying all different exchanges the vote will be lost. Lets focus on mintpal or poloniex and everybody vote there.
