Old complaint, sorry for the misunderstanding. It's just strange that blackjack.fun blocked access to my account right after the KYC request - all I could see was the "KYC blah blah blah" notification, so I couldn't even take a screenshot of my balance. This has never happened to me at any other casino.

Your account is not blocked but temporarily disabled since it's under KYC verification. Although another casino allows you to still use your account when in KYC verification state but still you can do anything inside aside from browsing. This is a standard procedure of the casino for all the players that undergoing KYC verification and not only your case.

btw my total winnings are only about $400, and I was still required to go through KYC Grin

400$ profit is already huge also it's not about the amount but on what you do to get it. Blackjack.fun recently attacked by cheaters that play specific games and manage to win consecutive profits. They are just making sure that their games are not abused just like before. Stirring the issue will not gonna give you more profit are change the outcome of your case. Just trust the team since they are here for a long time with good reputation.

I think it is definitely a tricky situation but they have been around here for a long time and I trust them as much as I trust myself so I am sure that not only they will solve all the issues but they will definitely fix everything and earn everyone's love back. There is no lost of trust, but there could be some people who lost some love towards it, that's the biggest issue, no trust or anything because they are trustworthy without a doubt.

I believe that we should not be doing the same thing and just attacking them, they are doing everything on their power to stop this and go back on the right track. I hope that it goes on the right way and we know that they are as legit as any casino in the world and will do better without a doubt.

What you wrote is not correct. You can't trust this casino. They stole my money without even playing a single hand. After I made my first deposit, they simply banned my account. They didn't give me the option to do KYC at all. They just locked my account and stole the money. More than two months have passed since then and no one has sent me even an email with the reason for locking my account. No proof that I made a mistake or cheated the casino, and I couldn't because I didn't even get a chance to play at least one hand.

Sorry to say this but this casino is a big scam.

I suggest to make a formal scam accusation against this casino. You need to put screenshots and other information such as transaction id if you can't access your account. You can also put your conversation with the support of blackjack.fun or anything that will prove your point. Having a accusation like this will just do nothing as their reputation won't be affected and people here will just snob this baseless accusation. I'm pretty sure that they will reply to you if you put a proper scam accusation that will be noticed by the forum members knowing that they are protecting their reputation here and I'm positive that they will reach out to you if you made a valid point in your accusation.

However, when I tried to withdraw my 450 USD winnings, they asked me for KYC verification. I complied, but since then, I have been unable to log in. Please refer to the attached image for details.

Your screenshot only shows that your KYC verification is already in progress. That black screen is for all the accounts that undergo KYC. Also, Admin Aria already gives you feedback about your case. A scam will not entertain you at all while this casino is just processing your verification which typically takes some time even in a different casino. Accusing the casino as a scam just because you are still waiting for your account verification is very unfair.

Very sad to deal with this but need to face the reality. A group or one man from Croatia started creating accounts and abusing benefits of our platform with alternative accounts.

He is speaking about one account what I blocked immediately when discovered that he is part of the same gang and using same device. Other accounts are in great + (same device) what is not mentioned here.   I am pretty sure that these BT accounts belong to same Croatian person also.

What benefits of the platform being abused exactly? The casino doesn’t have a working loyalty reward. Is this abused related to the airdrop and tournament? I wonder how this guy can patiently complete all the wagering requirements just to cash-out the bonus.

Good call to catch those scammers. The users doesn’t provide any clear evidence aside from words. But he is really serious about his case. He can always demand for 3rd party arbitrage to handle the so that both of your side can show evidence and someone can look at it. I think it is definitely a tricky situation but they have been around here for a long time and I trust them as much as I trust myself so I am sure that not only they will solve all the issues but they will definitely fix everything and earn everyone's love back. There is no lost of trust, but there could be some people who lost some love towards it, that's the biggest issue, no trust or anything because they are trustworthy without a doubt.

I believe that we should not be doing the same thing and just attacking them, they are doing everything on their power to stop this and go back on the right track. I hope that it goes on the right way and we know that they are as legit as any casino in the world and will do better without a doubt.

I absolutely cannot agree with what you wrote. I played a game of blackjack called 'Relax' on Black Jack Fun. Initially, I lost all my investment in 'Relax', but due to their bonuses and refunds, I managed to recover about 60 USDT, which is when my luck turned around and I won "huge" amount fo 450 USDT. However, when I tried to withdraw my 450 USD winnings, they asked me for KYC verification. I complied, but since then, I have been unable to log in. Please refer to the attached image for details.

In hindsight, I regret promoting BJF on a private forum, where I praised the 'Relax' blackjack game for its user-friendly nature, especially for beginners, due to its display of basic strategies. Some members heeded my recommendation and played the game. To the best of my knowledge, none of those who successfully earned bonus money received any payout. Therefore, it seems that the casino doesn't pay out when you win. I wonder why anyone would want to gamble at such a casino.

I cannot fathom how any of us could possibly cheat at 'Relax'. I would like to invite the Black Jack Fun staff to inform me about the conclusion of the investigation concerning 'Relax', since quite some time has passed since then.

Your screenshot only shows that your KYC verification is already in progress. That black screen is for all the accounts that undergo KYC. Also, Admin Aria already gives you feedback about your case. A scam will not entertain you at all while this casino is just processing your verification which typically takes some time even in a different casino. Accusing the casino as a scam just because you are still waiting for your account verification is very unfair.

Many users here already claimed the bonus out of the casino without encountering any problems. You can browse old posts here to see all the discussions regarding the bonus. You will get Bitcointalk support here if the casino refused to pay you not on this kind of state.

What you wrote is not correct. You can't trust this casino. They stole my money without even playing a single hand. After I made my first deposit, they simply banned my account. They didn't give me the option to do KYC at all. They just locked my account and stole the money. More than two months have passed since then and no one has sent me even an email with the reason for locking my account. No proof that I made a mistake or cheated the casino, and I couldn't because I didn't even get a chance to play at least one hand.

Very sad to deal with this but need to face the reality. A group or one man from Croatia started creating accounts and abusing benefits of our platform with alternative accounts.

Is part of the organised accounts from Croatia where they have been using same device. KYC´s are made in public places with some older people on street. He is speaking about one account what I blocked immediately when discovered that he is part of the same gang and using same device. Other accounts are in great + (same device) what is not mentioned here.   I am pretty sure that these BT accounts belong to same Croatian person also.


Have you finished your investigation into Relax blackjack? Or am I also a gangster from Croatia? Nine weeks is a very long time, and yet no word from you!

I suggest to make a formal scam accusation against this casino. You need to put screenshots and other information such as transaction id if you can't access your account. You can also put your conversation with the support of blackjack.fun or anything that will prove your point. Investigation can take up to 6 months based on the previous same cases like you in different casino. Is the screenshot dated March is the last update by the admin on your case? Do they stop replying on your inquiry on the email even if you are asking for an update there?

KYC is not makes your case longer but the investigation on the game itself. They should at least gave you an update if you ask them though. A scam accusation is still not appropriate if they acknowledge your case.

@Blackjack.fun can you gave him a timeline? This piling of issue against the casino will  create a little buzz on your reputation once unhandled properly.

Thank you for your clarification, but I find this to be quite perplexing. How can anyone cheat in a casino game? It seems more likely to me that they simply don't want to pay out my 450 USD, possibly because it represents a significant amount for them. As someone else mentioned earlier, hardly anyone plays there.

Indeed, the screenshot from March is the last update I've received from the admin regarding my case. I am absolutely certain that I am not the only one who is "on hold" for an excessively long period. I will raise this issue on our private forum.
