It has been 7 days now. A bit concerning as I'm not allowed to access my account on the website, see my remaining balance or transactions/bets made, only this message appears. For such an issue, a hard reset, (which I believe simply means turning the phone off and turning it back on) may likely not solve the problem, what I suggest you do rather is to clear your Browser cookie, or if you know how to locate cookie and data belonging to blackjack alone, you could clear and reset it so it does not affect other sites..
The above process I believe should solve the problem, if the problem is peculiar to you alone, which I believe is, as I just visited the site on my android mobile phone, and it's completely well fitted on my screen and every thing well arranged as it should - the only thing I noticed is that the site took too long to load.

Blackjack.fun is very strict on multiple account. You probably use VPN that shares IP address to other user if you really don’t have a multiple account. Also ask them what account you are connected so that you can contact that specific user to explain with Blackjack.fun.

Blackjack.fun have daily contest and airdrop that gives reward daily. This is the reason why they are strict on multiple account so that it can’t be abused. You can use your lack of inactivity lately as a counter argument to the support especially if the account you are connected is still active.

Multiple accounts are not allowed.

You probably use VPN that shares IP address to other user if you really don’t have a multiple account. Also ask them what account you are connected so that you can contact that specific user to explain with Blackjack.fun.

VPN is most favorite tool to use by cheaters for their accounts but they don't use Paid VPN and only use free VPN. Free VPN is useless to protect their privacy and your are right with shared IP address from free VPN. Using free VPN, they are in risk because their IP addresses will not be only linked with their accounts but can be linked with accounts of other people.

IP address is only one of things to consider multiple accounts by casino. Blackjack.fun is recently received an attack from a group of user that potentially violated there terms. Try to create new account and request to them to remove other account connected to you assuming you are not involved on something that violates the ToS.
