I am referring to the investment in infrastructure. Our talented staff became so motivated that they added all the coins. For example, we have all seven variations of USDT. Same with other coins and we plan to add more.

Not every coin has found significant use, but many of them have. Regarding the price explosion, it was somewhat expected. We anticipated this would happen, and it wasn't too difficult to predict. I would suggest that you consider the Coin_trader suggestion. Although it is easier to recognize fake and duplicate profiles on Bitcointalk. I'm not sure how automated KYC is, but it just seems like extra work to me.
Also for scammers, passing KYC does not represent a serious problem, if they want they certainly have a way to manipulate this condition with fake documents.

The bottom line is that in this way you turned the planned promotion into opposition to itself and demotivated more users than the promotion will attract. You have already hired a manager for the signature campaign, why don't you talk to him about an effective campaign?
