A few days ago I left a message to support asking where I can find the history of my games. I still haven't received any response, so I'm asking the same question here.

I played exclusively house blackjack all the time and the results are very strange to me, considering that the game has a house edge of only 0.50%, that is, due to the daily rakeback of 20%, the actual house edge is 0.40% (due to rush hour, it is below 0.40% in the long term). I'm quite below the mathematical expectations and I want to check the history of the games or at least have the support give me information on how much I invested in the game in total. They only display a very limited bet history on your “my bets” tab beside the latest bet tab. I think they doesn't most of our best history since it will consume a lot of storage if they save it all for all the players. Statistics feature is already on the upcoming soon status on website. This feature might probably answer your question.

That is why it is always said that you lose your money if you gamble "long enough" because the logic is that you may not gamble hundreds of thousands of bets yourself (or maybe you would if you have the money for it) but you would be gambling a lot along the way. The more you do, the bigger sample size, the bigger sample size the higher chance that you will lose money based on the house edge.

There is a "guarantee" that you will lose your money eventually if you keep gambling because of this. That doesn't mean that the current bet you are about to make should be a loss, that could be a win, or short term you could have a win streak and make a great profit, the idea is that "if you keep gambling" you should be losing for sure, that's how it works.

AFAIK, every casino keeps an option to disable the 2fa of a user account. But you have to go through some process to complete it. Send an email to info@blackjack.fun by describing your issue. They may request for your last login IP, your first deposit or last deposit amount, your wallet address, etc info which is associated with your Blackjack.fun account.

Seriously, this is a huge achievement, it shows that not only this house started a while ago, but it also shows that we are still growing. Having your all time high after so many years of starting is big deal. Most gambling houses (not all but majority) start, and they get a huge base, and then they slowly get worse and worse and worse, usually end up closing it up.

Look at just this forum, you will see only like 6-7 names at most that still stays after many years, none of the services you see here are this long and still breaking their all time records, only just a few names. Just contact CS on their site to see how the process goes and the guide because you will find a way to deactivate it, I have experienced cases like that usually there will be requirements that we must meet there are some that they may ask for including information on the last deposit or other, if you have found a way from their CS and you have solved your problem.

Always save the backup code for your 2fa code because it's very important don't put it in one place to store the 2FA backup code, this should be an important lesson for you to save it so it doesn't happen again like this losing access and bothering you too later, especially if there is the large funds you left there might cost you.

This is how you know a promotion is working, if you are breaking the all time active users daily after 4 years, that is proof that the promotion was a success. Unless they are making a big loss out of it, I think it would be smart to keep it going as long as possible, that way they can grow and make even more money as well.

Of course if they are making a loss on this, that would be hard to keep doing it since it would be hard to sustain, so they need profit without a doubt, but if not then in that case make this a forever thing.
