I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me the purpose of referrals if friends are not allowed to play the same promotion at the casino simultaneously. Are referred people automatically labeled as a "group," gangsters, organized abusers?

There’s nothing wrong on inviting your friend through referral but having same IP address and some sort of similarities in the account pattern doesn’t categorized as friends since it a digital evidence of having a multiple account. You should read the terms if you are sincerely playing with friends to avoid such kind of trouble on multiple account which the casino is very strict due to their bonus.

There’s a lot of abuser in the past that do the same as yours that abused a certain game on the casino and manage to withdraw profits. Your action same with other account involves shows like you are in group as you already admit that you refer them therefore you are really what the representative describing. It’s normal that you are tagged as abusers if you benefits on same bonus, same game using same IP. What kind of excuse can you use to erase that thinking against you and your “friends”.?

I just find out that there’s already an expiration countdown counter on the casino located on top of the 70% rakeback banner. This counter is not visible the time when I earned my bonus. I have a question for those who still active on the casino.

Does all my bonus expired once the countdown end or just the part of bonus I get first then a second countdown will appear for the next bonus. I accumulate my bonuses in different day. Please enlighten me since I’m not updated anymore on the duration of bonuses. Still have 11$ bonus pending which I can easily claim with enough time but not with current time left.

Like the comment part  you snipped said, I also personally believe that using the same IP address on several account shouldn't be much of a problem since there are several gamblers who make us of the cyber Cafe, where they offer internet access to several computers though or with the same ip address - so in this sense, account operational pattern is what should matter, and then also, to prove that one have no link what so ever with other accounts that are accessed from the same computer, such user should be able and ready to verify his or her identity when the casino request it.

After u got a bonus u have always 7 days time to complete it, if u dont complete it within 7 days the bonus is gone, the timer shows ur current bonus (your oldest bonus) after the time gone the bonus is also gone and then its depend when u got ur second oldest bonus it can be the same time or it can be days later, fact is that each bonus is always gone 7 days after the time when u got that bonus

@AbuBhakar no casino should allow this because it’ll set an bad precedent which will allow many scammer’s to use this plea and get away by scamming the casino. Furthermore I understand some user’s may actually be innocent but why in the world were these user’s using a common IP why not use their own IP and avoid this unnecessary scenario and thus I completely support the casino's in their decision to block these user’s.

@dimonstration I can confirm xGennady's answer, as I found out myself too. Every single bonus has its own time expiry of 7 days. Of course if you win bonuses from 2 or more contests at the same time, all expire at the same time.

If using same device doesn’t categorize as same IP address then I don’t what kind of connection you want to hear just to satisfy you. If you browse more on the root of our discussion, I mention that not only same IP but same account activity and behavior which this group showing right now. Also the odds of user being on same computer shop and playing Blackjack.fun and claiming same bonus without knowing each other is very low.

I want to stop already here. But I’m leaving this once again. Same IP and Device are the only proof that casino can use to counter multi account abuser. KYC doesn’t prove much anything once this connection was already established since anyone can hire someone to do KYC for the money. Think as business owner. Will allow this thing on your business despite you have a digital proof?

Please enlighten me since I’m not updated anymore on the duration of bonuses. Still have 11$ bonus pending which I can easily claim with enough time but not with current time left.

After u got a bonus u have always 7 days time to complete it, if u dont complete it within 7 days the bonus is gone, the timer shows ur current bonus (your oldest bonus) after the time gone the bonus is also gone and then its depend when u got ur second oldest bonus it can be the same time or it can be days later, fact is that each bonus is always gone 7 days after the time when u got that bonus

Thanks a lot. This make sense why my whole bonus didn’t disappear when I play recently. Only a few dollars decrease and the rest is intact which I already claimed with my receipt session.

I notice too that countdown timer only appears when bonus is less than 24hrs to expired. I will take note on this for my future game.



Anyway only few players now active playing while old players that I know don’t play much today. I even get a reward today around 11$ from tournament and rakeback bonus.

The OP of this thread was active just a few days ago so it would not take much time before they see your post and do something about it, however while a seven day period of not accessing your account is definitely long, there are some gambling websites that take longer than usual in order to do those procedures, so if when they answer you they still indicate that everything is fine then your only option at the time will be to wait until they finish this process.

KYC normally take a week or 2 based on my experience on doing same procedure. Being unable to access the access during the verification times is their standard procedure which many user including me request to be change long time ago to make sure user can use the chat during the process.

I feel like 7 days is not really starting to be concerning just yet, but I also do understand that if someone did nothing wrong, not being able to withdraw your own money for over a week must feel terrible, so that is why I understand both sides.

It's both normal for it to take that long because blackjack.fun must have so much to check and each person may not be right on the top of the list, when you apply and send your information it may take a while for your turn to come, sure it is maybe 1-2 hour job normally, but you are not their only job, so I get why it takes 7 days as well. Understanding both sides at the same time, I can only say that I hope it will be fixed very soon and the problem will not continue for too long neither.

Yep. But since she has contact with the main devs, The process might speed up since he will update the devs about the urgency of the said issue. I report a lot of pending withdrawals and my very own KYC to her. All solved right after I passed it to her which means her presence has an impact at all since she is working with the devs. Unless its weekends which typically the devs are offline.

And I think a serious business should have a dev team that is online even on weekends, I believe a gambling company as big as blackjack should have much more than 1 or 2 devs, they could do a shifting mostly on weekend where one dev could be online for some time, then leave and another dev replace him or her, this ways, customers would not have to be stranded and frustrated about dev not solving their problems..

Most gamblers are active during weekends since there is no. Going work and every body is at home, weekend should be the time devs spend the most time online so they don't come on Monday to meet a sack load of opened support tickets.
