Ah, yes, I see he has been asking for loans even before. No issue at all, just wondering where he has been as I don't see him in the tourament leaderboards anymore. I myself have stopped playing for a little while, just kind of gathering my mojo for another big splash maybe next month The wagering is quite tiring and the Rush Hour not fitting my schedule at office for the time.

I believe that we are going to see a lot more chatter and a lot less spams because they are working towards that with the new found amount of people. Between the giveaways and rains there, it took no time to get spammers and that's why there was a lot of work to be done by the mods there and we get to see how they worked hard to get rid of the spams and that made it a lot better for them.

I hope that it doesn't get that way too frequently and I wonder if that would be something to consider in this case as well but feels like it's definitely something to consider without a doubt. They are doing a great job and they should be proud of what they are doing as well. It's a well earned position and job and elevates the casino.

This is right, I think it’s better to make the system reply only visible to the user who made the chat so that it will not spam the chat box. It might create some discussion too if some users that is not aware of code saw the code being type by other user.

It’s very hard to create an organic discussion using this kind code drop. I believe the introduction of the loyalty rewards being active might spark again the hype and organic chat on the casino.

You have to be more patient waiting for the admin back to online and send direct messages there is no other way to contact him. We as old users know the main problem in this casino is the support team , they lack a team to respond some problems I know about this since I joined. Sometimes it takes a week to reply your email it can also take longer if there are multiple reports in the queue. We've advised them to look for additional teams but it looks like nothing has changed so far , as far as I know this casino is managed by around 4 people including the admin on the forum.

Huh now I get what you mean now. I haven't been following chat a lot and when I made the comment above I saw chat had been split up into regular and Elite seat. Maybe the chat in elite was good.

That way everyone can get to do it, but even in that case it could make a lot of difficulty around the world. like think about having it at 3 pm when you are working and 3 am at the night when you are sleeping, that could still very well happen too.

This is why it's hard to pick a system, and some places have tiny versions per hour type of deal, which doesn't get the same attention that is why blackjack.fun might be doing the correct version. Sure I am usually asleep by that time when they do it, but that doesn't change the fact that they can't end up with something changing and ruining everything. If they do that then they are going to end up with a lot of trouble.

Nah, you can't please everyone and there must be a reason they chose that particular time, but it would be nice if they did it to benefit the most users. It's morning time in UK when it happens so maybe that's who they're targeting I'm not sure. Evening Asia but it actually suits me sometimes because I'm just off my work shift then.

It is super fast on all my devices. Getting a lot of compliments for the game speed. It needs some investigation from your side.

It's odd because I'm experiencing this issue on both my desktop and handheld devices despite I'm using different browser and internet connection. Do you any recommend on how to troubleshoot this problem because I'm experiencing this issue since the new update.

I really like the house blackjack but this slow game play makes me stop using it for a while and just use evolution gaming speed blackjack table.

@dimonstration these are generic hacks which usually apply to all websites and I have tried these for casino sites so try these and see if it helps: 1) clear cache and cookies on your chosen browser, update it to the latest version and switch off VPN if it’s on. 2) reach out to your ISP to collect more data why it’s slowing the site down probably some issue at their end. Lastly if nothing works out try using a new device eg if you’re using an android try and see if switching to an iPhone works because at times I have seen switching devices works on casinos sites.
