@zuzie it’s definitely not for a $50 withdrawal but your recent playing pattern or your IP address that’s what probably triggered this KYC. Furthermore the admin is very understanding so you should drop him a message here and ask him why it got triggered and is there any way to continue playing without doing KYC and if there isn’t then you should consider doing KYC as this site is legit and has continue to grow a lot since it was started.

$50 withdrawal is request is not so convincing reason why he's been ask to do KYC. Maybe there are other more reason especially on his IP address since casino always check if there's possible multi accounting happen or other abuse. But he could clarify to the support on why there's something like this executed and provably he will get the best answer with this question. He don't need to worry about that since if he comply and follow what been ask maybe after that his withdrawal request will proceed.

Fraud? It's funny that you never talked about a fraud when you were talking to me. I can provide KYC, I just don't understand why you would trigger it when I have never created multi-accounts and you actually need evidence before stating this claim. Again I understand what you are talking yet you seems don’t understand my point. Yes the VIP elite seat is still not working but the casino has a rakeback rewards which is standard 20%(highest rakeback percentage on other casino VIP reward) and 70% on rush hour. This compensate the VIP elite seat rewards for now because that percentage is so damn high. X70 Wagering requirements is manageable to achieve if you are gambling normally and not for claiming bonuses alone.
