My advice to anyone looking to invest in cryptocurrencies will always be to look for tokens or coins with some level of stability and greater chances of rebound after a long period of downward movement. It is always a wise decision to leave or invest in bitcoin and ethereum. These projects have the best form of stability and are always the likeliest to rebound after major falls.

If you are just starting your journey into cryptocurrencies,it may nake more senae to stick  with bitcoins or with any of the very top coins by market capitalization. This will a fairly stable portofolio while you spend time to study smaller coins with great potential for growth.Trust me,there are great coins as well as shitty coins out there.

I suggest investing in proven coins that are traded on many platforms
Those essentially are the top rated coins on coin market cap. A newconer can hardly go wrong with those.I still jave some worthless coins I bought when i just entered the space and they have been delisted from the only exchange they were listed on.

I agree that the bulk of the funds should be invested in bitcoin and Ethereum because all other coins do not have sufficient independence and are very strongly correlated with the movement of bitcoin.
On a small part of the funds you can buy altcoins, with a favorable outcome, they can give much more profit .

As a beginner, I will recommend coins like bitcoin and ethereum because they are great coins. Aside that, they are safer. In short, I will advise a beginner to invest in coins that have higher stability.

For new investors, better to check the top coins. Beginners need to understand the basics of investing before investing into cryptocurrencies. Volatility can be a big problem if the investor doesn't have enough knowledge to understand this industry.

I suggest that you buy coins that have proven good. And you can invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bch, and Litecoin, or you can also choose coins that are listed in the top 20 peaks in Coinmarketcap. I do not recommend that you buy new coins, or invest in an ICO project. Because at this time there are a lot of ICO projects that cheat. For beginners it is not feasible, without extensive knowledge and knowledge of cryptocurrency.
Why do you like and recommend Bch? It's better than BTC? I dont think so.
BCH is profitable when it has a fork.lol. If you pay attention, the BCH price increases more in every BTC pump. The reason for this is hard to explain, probably from the common thought of the community. But I also think BTC is more suitable for investment.

If you are looking to invest then i would advice you to bet your chances on the first 20 cryptocurrencies because those coins seems pretty sure to rise and fall at some point in time so you can earn some profit in the future. But above all please invest an amount you can afford to lose so that if crypto should die at any point in time you would not be dependent on people.

I think the best strategy for your capital is investing in the most popular and less risky coins. You can find them on coinmarketcap. In top 30 cryptocurrencies from the list.
too many choices sometimes confuse beginners and if you have to research everything requires a long time, I suggest choosing a currency that has a price or a minimum value of at least 10 in the crypto market, maybe the risk will be smaller

Ive never bought any coins before and am considering opening an account while the coins are low

How would you invest $1000 - 2000

Thanks
IMO, Ripple, also known as XRP, was one of the best performing cryptocurrencies in 2017 with growth of around 36,000%! Yes, you read that right. It grew from almost $0 at the beginning of 2017 and reached $2.4 in December 2017! Like all other cryptocurrencies, the price of Ripple has also decreased in 2018 — it is currently set at $0.36. I know what you’re thinking — you missed a great opportunity by not investing Ripple in early 2017. While that’s true, Ripple could still be a good option to consider as your next cryptocurrency to invest in 2019. Even though the price of one XRP is a lot lower than the price of one Bitcoin, XRP is still the third largest cryptocurrency by market cap. In May 2018, it had a total market cap of around $35 billion.
So, what is it about Ripple that has made it so popular for investors? The main reason for Ripple’s popularity is that it is not just a digital currency, but also a payment system. Ripple uses blockchain technology to make international payments securer and faster. Well, just my two cents on this. Got to go now as I resume my research about the latest real estate platforms. Best of luck!

Good advice, now almost all the coins from the top 20 look good, the prices are small and even a small jump of the market will make it possible to earn a decent, the more there are coins that cost less than $1

I begin with well established coins knowing that this has better potential than any other newly introduced coin. Bitcoin, etherium, and ripple could be a good choice for you. It has very big potential since it has reached a certain high peak that could be recovered again. While the price is affordable it is best to buy and hold more of it. Eventuy in the long run, it will result to good return on your investment.
good advice because for beginners who do not have good knowledge and experience dicrypto must invest in safe coins because it can reduce the risk of failure because crypto investment is a risky investment especially for those who are not familiar with crypto.

The best coins for a beginner, I will adivce, you buy btc and/or Eth. I now as you learn or read wide, you may see most often that people are sharing their experiences on how they have earned huge sums from altcoins investment but I would say that shouldn't lure you to invest there. There are several shitcoins out there so just go for btc and eth.

If you are a newbie and have capital worth of 1000$ - 2000$ this is a huge amount.
So my tips of advise to you is I recommend you to buy coins that has belong at the top 10 altcoins at the
coinmarketcap. At least with this your risk is too small to encounter.

for me coins that are suitable for investing in beginners are ethereum and bitcoin. invest in the top 5 coinmarketcap so you don't lose a lot of money and be safer. if you still have more money you can take part in the ICO for your investment.

First of,  you have to sit down and do plenty of research before jumping on the ones deemed fit for your investment. Many have made losses as a result of wrong decisions . You also have the forum to show you around experiences as shared directly by enthusiasts and investors.

If you are new to the cryptocurrency world with zero experience or knowledge, do not go to investing directly. Start your way in cryptocurrency world with lot of research and joining bounty campaigns as well as airdrops. Still if you want to go directly to investing the coins i suggest would be Ethereum and Bitcoin only.

If you don't know much about the cryptocurrency investment, it's too risky to invest in altcoins. Until you learn things best invest is buying BTC. It's long term safe investment than altcoins. After you learn things you can go to the other cryptocurrencies.

Just don't buy some random ERC20 tokens and hope to get lucky. Better get into the strong coins like Ethereum.
Is it good decision you recommended just buying random erc-20 token? I don’t think it will be healthy and profitable investment. Random coin for highly risk takers in the bearing market. As a beginner your parchaption should be to invest stable coin because 2000$ it’s a big money. Don’t wasting your money with shit coin.

You should read what I have written. I said the exact opposite of what you made out of my sentence. You should not just buy them and hope to get lucky. Hope you don't have as many problems reading white papers.

I will advise you to invest in less volatile coin like Bitcoin if you are doing so as a beginner and also for long term investment, it is better to start with the most trusted, credible and popular crypto that risky your money into those that are still finding their foot in the industry.
