10 satoshi as the minimum bet is fair enough IMO. The free satoshi on registration and free faucet is more than enough in order to try the game. Letting so low bet amount requires a great server in order to avoid spam bets that may makes the server overloaded. If they have great server/system, then it is OK to reduce the minimum bet. Otherwise, sticking on 10 satoshi does not really matter for real players.
