We do have a review campaign ongoing, however, please be assured that we only ask for truthful, genuine and authentic reviews and never demanded a positive review for entry.

Even if you want honest feedback, it's not allowed to give rewards or incentives to people for posting in your ANN thread. There are actually specialized boards designated for campaigns and promotions. I get that you think genuine reviews are important, but it's actually against forum rules to offer incentives for users to write in your thread. I suggest you check out the Services and Games and rounds boards.

Review campaigns are welcomed into the forum, but it is against the forum rules if you ask the users to leave their feedback on the ANN thread in this way. I believe TrustDice has offered some bonuses to those users who are leaving the review here. Gambling board pinned post says this

To be specific, I'm referring to "Post in this thread for free x". That belongs in Games and Rounds. Though it isn't limited to that, in general you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread, it's disruptive to actual discussion.

These newbie users are leaving positive feedback in this thread and posting their account statistics, which is looking odd here. You may follow the review campaign strategy of other casinos: example 1, example 2, example 3.
You are very correct, and kudos to you for pointing that out to the op, Utopia have a review campaign ongoing which I joined, but left due to my computer developing some serous fault which I am still looking for means to fix.. The reveiw campaign ran in the service section of this board, and not even on their main Ann thread, OP can take an example from that and launch a review campaign either in the service board, or do so on Games and Round board.

A review campaign where users get paid to post their review on the actual Ann thread of the site/business is breaking the forum rules.

That's might be the reason why you cant find a review campaign thread as it is availble for their users only or maybe they do it randomly.
To get more traffics and more participants, they can publicly announce their review campaign in the forum.

They don't have to worry that they have to increase their budget to pay for participants. It depends on their terms for the review campaign like only accepted reviews will be paid or only top 20 or 50 best reviews can be paid.

Best reviews should be reviews that can help TrustDice team to improve their service, and should not be reviews only say good words about TrustDice.

Thank you for the feedback Coin_trader! It seems that my antivirus is behaving in a more sensitive way than usual, since yesterday he also warned me of another potential danger that was not such. Since I am not very knowledgeable about viruses, I have preferred to share the warning, although it seems that it is only a false alarm, because it's better to be safe than sorry.

Made a mistake signing up to this site

Only got the bonus on the first day , after that they sent me email saying bonus has been credited but got nothing

The support doesnt understand their own promos and i gave up working with them

since i signed up they have been spamming me atleast 2 emails every day(including a personal email from the CEO, lol)

I managed to win some money and the casino pulls with verification! According to the regulations, the time for checking documents is 48 hours, it has already passed. The email part of simple, you can unsubscribe from their mailing list if you feel they are spamming you, and then again, I don't know about you, but personally, I do not see anything wrong in the CEO himself mailing the users of his or her company.

And on  the main issue, what type of bonus are you referring to exactly? Is a sign up bonus or a deposit bonus, I will suggest that since the CEO himself use to mail you, you can mail him or her back with the issue, probably he or she will look into it for you, since the customer service representatives don't understand what your issue is.
Or maybe you can pm their representative here on this forum, that is the creator if this thread.

i dont want to unsubscribe incase there is a really good promo, but getting 2-3 emails everyday for random stuff is not cool at all

Made a mistake signing up to this site

Only got the bonus on the first day , after that they sent me email saying bonus has been credited but got nothing

The support doesnt understand their own promos and i gave up working with them

since i signed up they have been spamming me atleast 2 emails every day(including a personal email from the CEO, lol)


Well it’s a normal thing and can be better than other casinos that sends 10 or more emails on daily basis, this option of receiving promotions emails can be disabled in two seconds and usually you find a word Unsubscribe with its link at the end of every promotional email you receive.
That’s how casinos attract and get people to play on their casinos or to make them play more which is totally legal and doesn’t push you to anything if you can’t control yourself or you get bothered by them there is always a solution.
If you don’t want to unsubscribe than follow this topic where they announce new promotions always.

They have a procedure for checking documents up to 48 hours. At the time of my post it was already more than 48 hours, live chat does not own any information. They say to wait, but did not meet the deadlines. I did not receive any letters that they received documents for verification consideration.

They just scammed me of 12 EOS.  
Deposited 12EOS and wagered about 10 times my deposit tried withdrawing 12.4EOS but they declined and no answer from the support.  

I will open a scam accusation with screenshots. But stay away

With a little investigation i foind that the same OP Coinbox1 is the same one in players chat who asked me to deposit more and accused me of multi accounts when i refused to do so.
Also is the same in live support

Also by cheking the Trustpilot page its obvious so many fake reviews from the owners of truatdice

Already 3 days have passed, support responds with templates, they don’t want to do KYC. I read reviews on various independent platforms and realized that a casino can ban accounts for far-fetched reasons. For example, I found a review where the player was banned for "Assumptions that the player played from several accounts and used a professional betting scheme and the casino went into the red because of this." Or what do you think, a person sent documents for KYC verification and the document verification team identified fake documents. In the end, they made a mistake when the person provided notarized documents and eventually verified and withdrew the funds. This casino should receive a "Your funds may be scammed" flag on the forum.
