The right time for investment?

Sure. I think it is still a good time to invest both on altcoins and Bitcoin. Have you checked the market today? I am sure that many people take advantages to buy some coins with the decline today. In my view, the decline won't last for a week, crypto prices will rise again, and BTC may reach $6,000 soon on the next month. So, I consider buying some top 20 coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano or Tron. However, it is my personal view, if you have a different assumption, just go with it.  

Well, as much as diversifying one's investment is still a good strategy to make it big in the market, I would say that, unlike before, instead of really spreading it out, it's better if one would focus on those coins that have a fighting chance to make it in the market such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or other similar seasoned coins that still shows good movement. These days, the era where investing in up-and-coming or new altcoins has been on the rocks because the reliability of those coins to make it in the market and have its niche is highly unlikely because the competition is just too tight. So, for me, besides investing on seasoned coins, I would say that the right time to invest is when one of those coins have shown good gains or at its onset, because, if you wait until they would gain a lot, it would be very expensive to buy them when they reach that point, and it won't be as cost effective if you would buy them before they climb up.

If BNB can create a stagnant chart and that looks possible but it looks strange to see BNB has been kicked out from top 5 CMC based on adjusted volume. that looks like that will be a little bit so hard for BNB to grow a lot in the future.

in fact, whenever it can be a time to buy as long as we are patient in holding it, we will most likely benefit because the problem of most people is that they buy cheaply but sell it at a cheaper price because they are afraid when the coin falls.

I guessing approximate perfect investment time is over because Q4 2018 was dump cryptocurrency market ever. Binance coin, EOS, Litecoin and much known BitcoinCash all coin price was down. Now check only 100 or 200 percent pump so bullrun is coming next year.
