Well it is sad to say that scammers are really running freely, scammers has really a great effect on the crypto feild and there are really so many scammers that is really earn a lot by victimizing people inside the crypto feild. So i think we need to do more research on how to avoid scam for good.

It would make sense that those that side with compliance hiring companies like ciphertrace to help wtih AML will give investors more confidence

It is a pity that there is no control over the scam.  And it is impossible to prevent their appearance and reproduction.  It remains only to try not to fall for them.

Yes, you need to be very careful with scammers.  You need to come up with good passwords and does not tell anyone about them.  It is even advisable not to tell anyone in which wallet you keep your money.

there is a lot of hope for marketers to Scamer so that they no longer commit fraud and others, but maybe that is a difficult thing, because it becomes a risk to ourselves so we cannot do anything but be patient.

In my country for example; crypto currency is neutral (not accepted, not rejected)

I am not a fan of regulations but ICOs proved that  without regulation it is not a working model as so many investors lost their funds and confidence in investing.
That trust should be regained somehow for the sake of the future of crypto.

I think there must be strict rules for every new ICO project so that scammers who do not comply with the existing rules can get away with their projects, maybe it's an effective way to reduce scammers who only seek profit in crypto.

Not until we start seeing crypto scammers get arrested for real many new investors won't join,I have friends that won't join crypto because of scammers running away with ICO funds forever ,no way to arrest them and get the funds out of them,the few news I read about getting some scammers is not enough ,the more there is an effective way the less scammers will harm crypto

Of course they are getting arrested if their identity is a known one, we have responsible judicial system that would not ignore that despite the fact they are yet to support cryptocurrency, but fraud is fraud, I have seen one or 2 cases of people that has been arrested and still in jail, but that was easy for government to do because o their identity that was deeply know.

The whole game plan is still in the hands of we investors, there is need for us to do more work in this regards by making sure that a project team is well known and can be identified with a project, any project that we cannot get a clear or direct interaction with the team and also confirm their identity, should not be taken into consideration for investment.

Investors has to be knowledgeable when it comes to investing, they have to ensure that they can go after the team in case they will be scam.

Scammers are getting increasingly wise and they target everyone of all background and of all ages. They are getting smarter and taking advantage of new technology. It's is very important to be alert and protect ourselves from being scammed. Know who you're dealing with, keep your personal details secure, choose passwords that would be difficult for others to guess and update them regularly. They will create believable stories that will convince you, don't be too quick to decide. Embrace the reality that it exists and be wary that anytime you can be the next victim. Don't be trapped with their words and promises, brace yourself with necessary knowledge and skills in order to be protected, and secured.

Research and study will helps a lot, to avoid being victimized understanding every fields of investment are very important, you have to make sure that you are working with projects who soon bring you a good benefits, without anything to expect, the project will just turned into a scam or it will just grab the opportunities to earn from investors and nothing to give in returned.

If investors never made legal actions about a scam ICO they should not expect anything from the government. However, this requirrs a alot of work, you will need to  have the real identity of the team behind a scam project since most scam project create fake team profile.

That is a big issue we have to deal with. Imagine if people are not punished for doing wrong, what will even stop them from scamming people. However, if scammers are punished, it will scare others from also scamming others.

To tell you frankly, the cryptocurrency's condition in our prestigious country is in really bad reputation. They used some ICOs as a networking business and that being said will no longer trusted by many individuals here. Instead, they are refusing to join any ICO businesses and crypto (preferably bitcoin ) are just being used by scammers which lead the status of bitcoin so down. And we can not blame anyone  to become skeptical in joining cryptocurrency.

I remembered those two persons ( married couple) who got arrested because of taking away the $19 million worth of bitcoin. Check it out for awareness.
