Not until we start seeing crypto scammers get arrested for real many new investors won't join,I have friends that won't join crypto because of scammers running away with ICO funds forever ,no way to arrest them and get the funds out of them,the few news I read about getting some scammers is not enough ,the more there is an effective way the less scammers will harm crypto

Lolzzz, like what do you expect people to do about it? There's nothing you can do about it except if you know who it is and where they are living, then you can decide to go after them since you have their identity and you can easily trace. But seems you don't know who it is and you don't know where that money went to, then there is no way you can really tell who or where to find. The is the problem people are having with cryptocurrency and it is one the reasons why we should be careful of who we are dealing with.

Once you have sent your coin to them and it happens to be a scammer, then just forget about it, cause your money is gone for good. Crypto is like PayPal where your payment can be reversed. Some people make use of escrow, but I don't trust those escrow services, they can as well turn out to be scammer, no one should be trusted.

Some infamous cases were indeed under-penalized, but I think we don't need major state regulation to get scammers to justice. Using existing laws is enough to protect crypto investors from scammers.

scammers are one of the biggest obstacles to crypto growth, and this year more ico are scams. this is sad
I think regulation must exist and be supported by the state that legalizes it.

yes but it is really upsetting to admit that still there are some scammers who are running freely, scammers are making bad image of crypto in eyes of new investors but I think it is not good to think bad about the market only because of some people who actually wants to spoil the market environment, we should only be careful and don’t trust anyone, use blockchain as wallet to keep your investment safe.
