GHash.IO is there as a reference for "pure" LTC profitability. LTC will remain on the chart, although I'm thinking to use another pool instead of GHash. That defiantly makes Sense I wasn't thinking about it like that.

Removed HVC and switched LTC to a private P2Pool. Doge is back to normal.

Can you please keep HVC on there? You have the only chart that shows its comparative profitability.

You can still see the numbers in the linked spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VOAhFX1XRizdaTp71qnYI5pRh9VIZEQ51LHuGUmxri0/pubhtml#(click on the Performance data tab) I'm working on some changes to the charts that will allow me to keep track of more pools/coins. I will re-add HVC if it's still viable by then.

Well based on your info, I am now switching from WP to Clever.. Hope I have the same results as you.. Seems a lot of people don't like Clever and think they cook their numbers but according to your info they dont..

Yes, but I'd suggest trying a different pool. I split tested 4 different HVC pools and found ZHPool the most profitable while 1GH was among the lowest. Also regardless of pool used, pull down the latest software from hvc.1gh.com. The newer software versions for both nVidia and AMD GPUs gives much better MH/s rates. Latest Versions: cgminer for AMD GPU (version 3.7.3 2014-04-01) ccminer for NVIDIA GPU (version 0.5 2014-03-27) Assuming you are throwing more then 15 MH/s at HVC use: If using 1GH pool make sure to use VIP as your password If using ZHPool use port 40001 Regardless of pool, just using the latest software and the correct password (1GH) or port (ZHPool) will make a huge difference in profit.

Looks like GHash.io has a new multi-pool in beta. You have to request access from CEX support to get in (I just got approved). I'd be interested in seeing how they stack up with the other multipools?

I'm using latest 1GH software and VIP password. I'm using AMD since that allows better (if somewhat conservative) direct comparison with Scrypt. I'll take a look at ZH, thanks for pointing that out.

I was a little disappointed with their scrypt-n multipool tbh. Didn't get back what I thought I should have. And their payouts are pretty high.

Despite the initial 0% fee, the GHash.io Multipool invite beta has had disappointing results for one day for me: about 0.00275 BTC per MH/day.
Would still be curious how it fares against the other pools on these charts.

Never understood 0% fees. Usually means there is some skimming going on. It is not practical

Never understood 0% fees. Usually means there is some skimming going on. It is not practical Lots of pools did this when they were in beta/pre-launch. That's where GHash.io is now with their multipool. Since it's not a full open release/launch yet, it makes sense they wouldn't charge anyone while people are still submitting bug reports and helping them tweak their algo's. In fact part of the deal is that GHash.io will reward the most active bug reporters with GHS (cloud host hashpower essentially). I've already submitted quite a few based on what I've seen so far. As for their main Bitcoin pool...the reason they do 0% is that the extra mining hashpower actually helps their private owned and cloud portion of the pool get more blocks. The private/cloud part of the pool is where they make money so it doesn't hurt them when they have the public pool at 0%. It just adds to their bottom line anyway to entice others to add to their "bonus" hashpower. That said... if their tweaks don't pick things up in the next few days vs the other pools, I may just switch back to Waffle/Coinshift/Clever again depending where the trends are.

I tried the Ghash for a few hours and pulled my rigs back to my normal server. They don't really have enough hash power to find blocks of Doge and litecoin to make them worth it. With more hashpower to get the pool moving it looks promising I really like the features they offer with keeping the coins to swapping to btc or ltc.

I've been running on there for almost 24 hours now... Will have to do a little calculation once I start seeing payouts. I've got right about 2MH on there so I'll give it 2-3 days and see what my daily rate looks like and compare to this chart here to see if its worth it. If nothing else, its an easy way to pick one or two coins and get autopayouts in LTC or BTC.
