I am sure that there is nothing to worry about, and this project has long been on the market and has its own mobile applications on smartphones, if they do 2 rounds, it means they have ideas how to go further

Hello! It would be better to use the term "session" rather than the word "round", but everyone has already got used to it, so we decided not to make people confused with this terminology.
The fact is that the projects have to comply with the rules of the exchange where the IEO is going to take place, so PointPay can't sell all the tokens immediatelly within just a single round/session baring in mind our soft and hardcap.
