update
I tried the control board from another dragon and still nogo.
I plugged the lcd screen from the old dragon onto the control board(new dragon doesnt't have a screen) and the new dragon powered up but still wouldnt mine.
The pool addresses are the same in both dragons
this is so frustrating the last dragon took about 15 minutes to get going.
Any ideas
Use an IP scanner to scan the IP of the dragon.
Log into the web based interface and press ok to start automatically.
If you change the IP, the Dragon needs about 2 minute to start for the first time at the new IP.
If this didn't solve your problems, then look at the inside of the Dragon.
If you see 1 PCI-E cable or power cable that splits into 2 PCI-E connector.
Than you got a model with less powerfull PSU.
When these PSU are new, they can mine for a while, after a few weeks of mining these PSU died a bit and won't power up the Dragon enough.
Replace with a better PSU and make sure each module of the Dragon is separately powered by 1 PCI-E cable.
Do not use a cable that splits into 2 connectors.
Make sure the motherboard cable is plugged into the control board.
I hope this help.
