Is anybody else having problems with the simple hosting?
My 3 machines are down again. Seven hours and counting.
There seem to be problems every day.

edit - back online now.

I think the heat is very hard to manage.

Lee/PCFLI promised his customers 99% uptime and platform compatibility.  He is delivering below 99% uptime and has up to 98% packet loss due to a core switching issue.   As stated by PCFLI below the reason why this happened is because lee knows nothing about the internet or data centers.

Miaviator, you are doing great job on LeaseRig, Ive been hosting on LR since January and Im fan of your service. And I know IT :-) Im hosting ASIC at PCFLI's site since May. I know that PCFLI is no computer guy. But I respect him for being very trustworthy and good businessman. He is doing maximum for his customers, I often see him working day/night/weekends. The problem might be that his engineers do not speak much english, so he is doing 1st level support mostly himself.

As for the connection problem, I dont think there is any systematic issue. From time to time there are some glitches on Chineese internet (maybe smth to do with this fkn gov. fw). The ping to China is generally high (200-400ms) from outside, but long-term packet-loss is zero or very close to zero. And I found out that mining from China is equally good to any other location (Im from EU).

Im using LeaseRig proxy from there, during last month it has lost connection to LR server couple of times. But only once it was problem on the PCFLI's site. Other cases were that customer mining went on smoothly, just the proxy communication to LR freezed and LRP had to be restarted (Raspberry PI). Looking forward for new LR proxy version!

My comments are on behalf of a group of mutual customers who were promised things from pcfli which were not delivered.  It is nothing personal.  It's good to hear that some customers are having a positive experience and I would generally agree that Lee is a dedicated business man.

For a supposed professional person, you really do behave appallingly.  Just help the guy understand your problems so he can help, don`t insult him.

After several weeks of attempting to help a chemical engineer understand the internet.   I've moved on to calling him a scammer.

And anyone who is not a customer of mine will tell you I am an absolute dickhead, not a professional.

Gaw miners (assuming one's I think your talking about) are not equal as far as power usage.   The A2-30 compared to falcon is about 1/3 of power usage approx and a few more MHz.
