Nothing beats a 1200axi.

Looks neat... but for what?  Only 100a on the 12v line.  Most people here aren't going to be plugging into a USB header to get output.  And expensive!!
Rosewill 1300 is $100 cheaper, 108a on the 12v line (so can drive 3xS1 OCd), and is also "up to 92% efficient" despite being gold and not platinum.

M

Its the intangibles that make the 1200 unbeatable, see my sig for a breakdown. Its also comfortably 110a 24/7 due to how Corsair rates it. 23dba fan at full load, 93% eff at full load, 7 year warranty.

I've looked at your PSU guide before, thanks.  I've had bad experiences with Corsair.

Manufactuer specs:
Corsair ax1200i
Rosewill 1300

The specs for this 1200 says "80 PLUS Platinum certified, delivering up to 92% energy efficiency under real-world load conditions".  The Rosewill 1300 says  "> 87%, Up to 92%".

Corsair provides an efficiency graph, which show ~93% with 220v at 100% load.  For most US folks, we use 115, which works out to 90% at full load.
Rosewill doesn't give a graph.  However knowing how higher voltage leads to more efficiency, I would imagine the Rosewill would do better at 220v as well.

Both are 7 year warranties.
Corsair clearly states 100.4A on the 12v rail.  Rosewill clearly states 108A on the 12v rail.  If I ran the 1200 at 110A and it blew, what would I tell Corsair?  Doggie said I could? Smiley

The Corsair has a 120mm fan.
The Rosewill has a 140mm fan.

Please, I'm curious, can you point out what's so much better about the $100 more expensive Corsair?

These server PSU's are very loud so take that into consideration depending on where you will be running your miner.

I have ONE AND I am not impressed with it.    My sea sonic came in I paid 99 after rebate  I now have 2 of them this model

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151120  I got two of these now total cost with sale and rebates 99+99 = 198

no one but no one sells a 1520 watt platinum psu for only 198 .  right now they are running 3 s-1's 600gh pulling 1146 watts really nice for s-1s

I may add a few grid seeds to them as I have more power overhead may be able to  run 25 grid seeds script only.

I am going to wait on the s-2's >I have 7 s-1's 25 grid seeds and 60 ant miner u2's  about 1.5th plus 700khs   all power used just about  3.3 k-watts.

would be a lot easier to run if I had 2 s-2s and 2 grid seed blades.   I am going to sell off all the sticks to order a blade.

I have a UPS  tracking number for my batch 2 S2.
Same here.  Although...it has not been received by UPS yet.  So it has not left the building at this point.

Exact same situation here - which is a little dissapointing since IMO this is no longer shipping 'BEFORE april 10' - It will probably be the 12th when Bitmain hands over the package to UPS, which is 2 (if not 3) days behind the promise.

Bitmain has been excellent in every previous order - hopefully there will be a coupon or other remediation for the delay (even if only a slight delay, its a loss of ~$35/day)

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461
No longer a wannabe - now an ASIC owner!

Become a NewEgg premier member.  For $50 a year, free 3-day shipping, discounts on 2 and 1 day shipping, and free return shipping.  I've been a member since it became available about 2 months ago, and I've already recouped the cost on shipping. Smiley

edit: looks like it's for "qualifying" items only.  So far all of my stuff has qualified.  And no restocking free without the "qualifying" items clause.

web interface says shipped

UPS says WHEN the item arrives in their facility (aka SHIPPED), status will be updated...

Hence, NOT actually SHIPPED yet.... just a label created which may or may not be stuck to a box yet.

So weighted and packed up is better than still farming.  .  .  .

Haha you got jokes, I RMA an S1 and it was sitting there for over 3 weeks before they finally decided to send back a replacement after difficulty went up twice, not to mention the return shipping i had to pay….no compensation or discount applied in sight.

If its just 3 days though be grateful since there are other customers that bought from other companies that are still delayed. Nonetheless that does not justify not meeting deadlines promised to customers

Flash the sd with the image what 1111 loaded up and you'll be fine.

3 days is 3 days and at an expected ~0.08btc a day per miner... that adds up... and hopefully it arrives before the next difficulty change Shocked ... I'm still seeing a "Label created" status...

Edit: forgot a decimal place Cry

You forget a decimal place there.  1THs is ~0.08 BTC per day.
