Though BNB is good on it's own block chain side but there has been up and downs for him, it's even like it's pegged to btc because a slight correction of btc, it is also gonna correct and even comes down far more than btc does in %. In my view of the market in general, I see it impossible for BNB to convert and take the throne from BTC, BTC will always be the king of all currencies, in fact, BTC is the only currency that has a life of its own, the success of BNB It's partly due to BTC, because when BTC goes up in price, BNB goes up enormously.
If BTC goes down in price BNB bleeds like all altcoins, then if BNB is succeeding because of its BSC network with BSC projects and the competition is dating POLKADOT, Polygon. Sure it's on the top currently with new projects are using their "Binance Smart Chain" for the fundamental of their new projects. If more projects are starting to use this then it will be bigger than today for sure. But for the title of king of all coins? There is still so much to ask about that, for example it's centralized and other factors. If Binance wants to take over Bitcoin on their spot then it would be too difficult for Binance.

The question is, is it possible to happen? maybe, because in crypto we will not know the next development. but once again it must also be realistic to see from what is being asked, because what is being asked may not allow it. if to be the king of altcoins obviously bnb must be able to increase its market capitalization at least it must be 10x bigger than it is now!!! this is what a bnb would very clearly find difficult to do, so it's unlikely to happen.

bitcoin is right what you said, always makes altcoins dependent and it is unavoidable at all. because the movement of bitcoin will always affect every movement of any altcoin, even if only sometimes it can release its attachment to bitcoin but most will always depend on bitcoin.

BNB maybe is the best altcoin now because that was created by Binance and can be use to trade and pay fees on Binance platform. But it will not replace the king of all coins. Only bitcoin is the king of all crypto and altcoins will always just follow.

Binance smart chain was on of the smartest things Binance lunched since the creation of the exchange. Its mind blowing how fast BSC was adopted and massively accepted by developers and investors. If ETH doesnt fix their fees soon, it will be in real trouble not to get overrun by BSC.
I wonder if Kucoin is also thinking about jumping on a train with their own blockchain.

I don't think BNB will ever supercede Bitcoin. Ethereum existed before BNB, and despite all the development under it, it never for once comes near overtaking BTC. So @OP- I don't think that thought of yours will ever come to pass.
