Just added a new X13 coin, SativaCoin.

Also, I'll be adding some older coins for both scrypt and X11 today since there has been a bit of a lull in new coins lately.

Thanks for the feedback and support!

I've added CannabisCoin (CANN, X11) and SocialxBot (XBOT, scrypt) as options for multiport mining today in addition to SativaCoin (STV, X13). I'll be adding at least a few more coins in the upcoming days. Most likely I'll be implementing a form of algorithmic auto-switching for the multiports soon, with an override when new coins are available.

"Yobit pump alert software" Link in my signature!

Hi I see you have Xbot as a multiport. I would like to mine direct with 200 MHS of scrypt. Can you make it possible to mine direct please?

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

I'm going to sleep, but leaving my X11 miners on port 3628 since CheckCoin (CKC) rewards started at block 8000, odd but true.

Yes, CheckCoin is available on direct port 3628. Profitability on mining it is pretty low though, because it had a large 14 million coin IPO priced at 1000 satoshis, and the block reward is only 10. So even at the current low difficulty it is at (~40-50 difficulty), profitability is roughly ~1/4 of CANN right now.

Here's a question for everybody -- what do you think about moving to BTC/Gh/day as the standard format for profitability numbers on the site? It seems to be becoming more popular, since profitability in BTC/Mh/day typically requires three leading zeroes currently (0.000xxxxx). Most rental sites have already switched over to it, so you see rental prices in terms of BTC/Gh/day on Betarigs and NiceHash, for example.

Although it is a bit easier/cleaner to use numbers like 0.xxx versus 0.000xxxxx numbers, the counter-argument would be that the majority of miners still operate in terms of Mh-sized mining hashrate. What are your thoughts?

Definitely! It looks like it works out to around 30x profit versus the cost to mine via rentals at current trading levels. Profits would be even higher for hardware owners of course.

I want to say big thanks for UTIL, too. Have just sold it at Bittrex. Profitability turned out to be ~ 10 times higher than normal. Great pick!

Only X11 coins are profitable at the moment for GPUs, CANN or DRK. If a profitable X13 coin comes along, I'll be sure to add it.

Hey! Just wanted to say big thanks for picking up Utilitycoin. Had a few miners on the x13 port and all of a sudden came home from the gym to find 0.5btc worth of a coin I've never heard of in my ipominer account. Great surprise. Thanks  Grin

I have an exciting announcement for everyone! ipoMiner now features merged mining for scrypt coins, including DogeCoin (DOGE), Syscoin (SYS), and PesetaCoin (PTC) being merged with all our other scrypt mining. There are no changes needed on your end. Because of the high difficulty for mining merged mine coins, finding blocks on them will likely be fairly rare, but every bit of profit helps!
