HYPER is linked to one of the people that was involved in Dreamcoin, "Collegestudent" - if you review his post history, it seems *very* sketchy.
HYPER was fun to mine but I stopped last night. I've invested a total of 0.1 BTC in rigs rental, made 65% of profit. That was when the difficulty was around 5. Now with difficulty at near 20, it's too late. (unless you keep the coins and hope for a long term profit)

Bitslap and cloak failed launches today. I don't think there is anything to look at until Tuesday. For some reason the 2.0 versions of coins are coming out like Summer 2.0, Liberty 2.0 ??

Ahhhh the old classic double-dip pump and dump, obvious lack of imagination on the devs part probably the exact same coin just slapped a 2.0 on the end of the name lmao

Wish I knew ipominer is behind MAST from the beginning - I would devote much more mining time to this coin. I thought this is another puppet coin of a day.

We don't usually ask for suggestions, but there haven't been many good recent launches lately, so if you have an X11 or Scrypt coin that you would like to see added, please let us know. Feel free to post here or email us at support@ipominer.com and we'll check it out Why don't you choose X13 coins? They are becoming more popular. There's a new coin which launched today called X13coin. Maybe you can contact with the devs, and tell us more about it. Thanks.

I have no hope for X13 (the coin) http://altcoinherald.com/x13-coins-pay-cartoon-coin-devs-percentage-every-block/The next coin I'm looking forward to mine is LeagueCoin (LOL). I don't play League of Legends but I know it's a very popular game. It has potential to quickly become popular. It look like the dev made their homework, they even checked the legality of their coin ( http://leaguecoin.co/forum/index.php?topic=5.msg17#msg17 ). I actually have no idea if there is copyright infringment or not, but a cartoon dev would not bother to think about laws. My only worry is that the launch fail. So many failed to launch properly in the last few days. EDIT: Here a cartoon dev who don't bother with copyright infringment: AngryBirdCoin (with Apple logo) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=634850.0

Instead of "the devs have a lot of coins as premine to dump at the launch", they will earn coin as more people mine the coin in the long term, and they will be more devoted to promote the coin, instead of leaving it. If you know a better way to provide money for bounties and promotions, I would be happy to learn.

Feel free to post here or email us at support@ipominer.com and we'll check it out I've been mining Numbercoin (NUMC). It's nothing special but as you've indicated there isn't much out there. It's a script PoW/PoS coin. Not yet listed on Bittrex but if it gets listed, might have some short term profit.

Adding X13 coins is a possibility, but it does require building support for it into both our stratum pool code and the site. If X13 coins stick around, we'll definitely pursue it, but so far there isn't much to indicate they are worth it.

@ipominer how did we end up with all orphans with all formerly unconfirmed blocks (<1200 confirms) after the MAST wallet update? The last five found blocks were shown as confirming with the number of confirmations slowly rising, and now they are all orphans...

Introvert, I saw that as well.... had the block confirmation screen up (been watching for last few days) hit f5 and they disappeared.... weird.

The last 5 mined blocks of MAST were not actually orphaned, our transaction checking background job just picked them up as orphans while the blockchain was resync'ing after the MastiffCoin wallet update last night. If you check your individual stats, you'll see that they have now actually been confirmed and paid out: https://www.ipominer.com/my_stats?curr=mast(Also, the pool block stats page has now been fixed to reflect that they were not orphaned - https://www.ipominer.com/stats?curr=mast)

Ipominer, what is your opinion on future of scrypt market? Do you think it will come back when (if) the X11 and X13 hype vanishes..? Thanks.

It's not a reason to scrap a brand. Coke did not change his name after they removed cocaine from their recipe.
