I actually think that the squad of Eintracht Frankfurt is slightly stronger than the one from the Rangers, but of course that does not really matter that much in a final. The same is true though for the fact that the top goal scorer of the competition is Tavernier from the Rangers as Kamada from Frankfurt has only scored 2 goals less than him and Rafael Borre is also in a great shape at the moment.
