Bringing Neymar from the bench was a good tactics from the  Paris Saint Germain boss ( Mauricio Pochetino ) they played very well dominant Madrid very well but Messi would have scored that penalty and makes the game easier but he missed it, thanks to the late goal from Mbappe to give Paris Saint Germain a first leg advantage but is far from over because at Spain it will be a different ball game.

I agree that the second leg will be much more competitive for Real Madrid. They clearly showed that they wanted to take the decision to their stadium. They weren't expecting that goal at the last minute.

Collectively Real Madrid is better, but on an individual level PSG has more options, which can make a difference at any time, as happened in yesterday's game.

PSG vs Real Madrid now seems to be quite exciting because they are playing with full strength.
Benzema who is doubtful for this match turned out to be able to play and this is very good to watch.

It was just great to watch PSG playing against Real Madrid last night. They completely dominated the game from the beginning to the end. Real Madrid had a really hard time resisting them and they couldn't do anything against Mbappe's great goal in the last minute. PSG finally scored and got the 1-0 win. Now, PSG have a really important advantage. In Santiago Bernabeu, there is a really tough game waiting for them surely. But if PSG could use this advantage in a good way, then they can still advance to the quarter finals.

I did not like the fact that real madrid stayed behind and setteled for the draw and in the end they lost. It's interesting that they didn't find so many chances to score. Messi is one of the best players in the world, but he played very badly last night. I do not agree that Messi played badly last night. Messi was in the game even more than Mbappe, Messi was making the moves and impact that kept real Madrid in their own half. You can say that Messi was unlucky to have missed the penalty take. Another player that moved the ball too towards the end was Neymar and Mbappe. All the players did well and that is why they won. Then Mbappe did better.
I have been hearing rumours that Real Madrid is interested in Mbappe, I think the interest will be high now.

I was actually not expecting this type of aggressive and dominating performance from PSG. They really played well.

But the missed penalty was really unlucky as we know penalty shots are all about luck. But I think ok we all know that Messi is not the best penalty taker and maybe it would have been better if Neymar or Kylian Mbappé took it.

Anyway, it a great game for everyone to watch, and obviously Real Madrid is going to be interested in Kylian Mbappé more now and the money might also be on the rise.

Sporting suffered a humiliating defeat. They must concede 5 goals without reply. This is certainly a disappointing result in the last 16 of the Champions League. PSG's performance yesterday was not convincing. But neither was Real's. Overall, the game was disappointing and PSG won happily but deservedly in the end. Real had no real chance, especially the first half was really lame. You should expect more from such a top match. Nevertheless, after the abolition of the away goals rule, everything is still open for Real, although they have to offer a much better performance in the second leg to have a chance of advancing.

I do not think that PSG played any bad, they played very well and they had some connections but they just got unlucky. Even mbappe himself had 2 great chances that he could have scored, and Messi missed a penalty as well so that is 3 chances, add in the goal they already had that is 4 chances total but only 1 converted.

I am not considering all the shots, I am just saying clearly easier to score possessions and there were 4 of them. You do not easily get 4 "clear" goal scoring chances against a team like Real that easily. They were great but they were unlucky. Real on the other hand looked terrible, they really should thank casemiro and militao, they were stars of the game for them and allowed them to have at least a chance.

If you look at both of them, it is possible that Liverpool against Inter will end fiercely. I don't think the score will be that much, even though they have a goalscoring average of over 2, but they also have an equally good defense. After all, this is a Champions League game.
