The match at Ajax has so far become a true spectacle. 1-2 at halftime and possibly many more goals to come. In Atletico's game, only 1 goal was scored at half time, but to be honest I didn't expect much else. United will certainly be pushing to get that equalizer as quickly as possible. Losing 1-0 is very dangerous and that could mean elimination. Can Ronaldo turn the tables around?

I don't think United will go all in, it makes no sense, this is the first match and it is much more profitable to lose 1-0 now and fix everything at home than to rush into the attack now and lose due to counter attacks with a larger score.

Watching the Man United vs Atletico match was a little boring, there were no good attacks, I think Man United was a little depressed because they didn't find a good chance even I doubted the victory at Atletico's house.

Yeah a bit boring Manchester United only control the ball position without dangerous attacks  even only able to make 2 shots somehow they can win or draw
If there is no more goal then Manchester United can still catch up on aggregate in the second leg but if Atlético scores the 2nd goal then Manchester United over
Chasing 2 goals is difficult for Manchester United in this situation.

Manchester united I actually leading in possessions and passes completed. But Athletico Madrid is leading in goal and also leading in attack both dangerous attack.
Manchester united has never find a way to proceed forward in the game. Athletico Madrid studied them well and is giving them very hard marking.
Ronaldo is already sad because he is being handled rough and he doesn't have chances. Pogba is not doing well in the middle and Maguire I can say is the cause of the goal felix scored because he left him unmarked.

Even it's disappointing for Manchester United they have good ball possession but still unable to deliver any goal but good thing Atlético Madrid is leading by only one goal which is also not bad at all for visiting team Manchester United because they have some good firepower, and they can turn tables for good at home against them.

Right now, match is in 65 minute with still very long way to go if home team have another goal then surely it's going to be bad for them but this result or draw is surely going in visitors favour. In other match Ajax is leading match through 1 - 2 which is usual from them, and they are going to be in next stage after having this win because Benfica's journey is going to end at Ajax home without any serious trouble from them.

Another goal within ten minutes just like the two previous matches. Good delivery and a great finish by Felix. It would be a shame if Man United could not equalize with all thst time they have with the ball. Already placed a few bucks on them to score the next goal.

Poor possession of the ball for Manchester United due to too many short passes which was finally taken easily by Atletico Madrid, I think if it continues to play like that Manchester United will find it difficult to score goals with Atletico Madrid's very aggressive game.

Atletico Madrid's goal seems pretty clear, make sure United don't score a goal and hold it 1-0 and take it to Manchester in a few weeks. Perhaps the best strategy. Risking to force that 2-0 might just give United the 1-1. If it stays 1-0 for Atletico, then I think we're going to see some kind of 50-50% who will qualify in the return in England. We can certainly expect a lot of spectacle there.

1-1 seems like a great result fire United. Atletico will now be excited, perhaps United will look for the 1-2. Why not? They are definitely better as a team and Atletico will be very disappointed with the goal against. But these kinds of matches often end in 1-1 because both sides don't want to take any risks in the last 10 minutes of the match. That also applies to Benfica against Ajax where it is still 2-2.

Just so you know, the away goal rule was scraped, so it  changes the dynamics of the tournament a bit. Even when this match ends in a draw, I am still not confident if Manchester United can keep their consistency on and win the home game.

The game aimed at United was quite impressive today even though they are the visitors and in quite a pinch because they were not focused in the early minutes of the game but they are quite good now.
Draw matches again and again only PSG, City, Liverpool and Chelsea now have set one foot because indeed they are already ahead in the First Leg

Benfica really chased the goal in the second half and attacked heavily. Its insane how much fast players Benfica has,didnt see so many fast players in one team. Too bad Ajax didnt win the match. Also Man Utd was able to score a goal and get that draw that is for them really huge.

Ugly as it is but only the score matters at the end of the match. I consider this a satisfying result for the visiting team. Atletico Madrid gave them more time and more option so they paid the price. No disrespect to their chosen strategy.

Well truly undeserved draw for the Manchester if the 1-0 was a good result to Manchester imagine this 1-1. Two woodwork for the Atletico one in the first half and one after Manchester goal.
Its seems like Atletico versus a team who have Cristiano its cursed. Its happen in Real Madrid , Juventus and seems to be happen again in Manchester.

I won't say Atletico Madrid messed up there chances of bagging all 3 points but the Manchester United goal was way too cheap for Jan Oblak not to have made a good save of it. Anthony Elanga wasn't even properly positioned to take that shot bit he did anyway and somehow, with the laxity of Oblak, it found its way into the net and earned Manchester United the draw they so much desired. Its unto the next game though, I can't say Manchester United impressed me tonight. Just 2 shots on target in all the games meanwhile, Atletico Madrid had so many missed chances.

2 draws, but certainly no boring matches. At Benfica's match, it could have gone two ways as to who would continue with the win. I don't know whether Benfica or Ajax is more satisfied with this. Ajax has been in favor but a draw in an away game is crucial. Ajax and United now certainly have the best papers to advance to the next round.

Although I am a little disappointed with the result of the Benfica vs Ajax match, because Ajax should have won the match. But the draw result at Benfica
home, of course this is still a pretty good result for Ajax. To be honest Benfica's game especially in the second half was beyond my expectation, they were
so offensive in the second half, no wonder finally managed to score a goal in the 72nd minute. It seems Ajax underestimated Benfica too much after winning
in the first half, and let Benfica build on the attack in the second half. This is a lesson for Ajax never satisfied after winning 2-1, Ajax should have kept
attacking and creating more goals, but the fact that Benfica in the second half put more pressure on Ajax and dared to attack. Hopefully in the second leg
Ajax can play even better, because Ajax is playing at home, this is an advantage for Ajax.
