Thanks to Real Madrid for winning the trophy in normal time and it makes me win my bet as well
Unfortunately my other bet was a lost since I bet on Benzema (anytime goal scorer), too bad his goal was disallowed.
If it was not an offside, I should have made bigger profit but the odds for Real to win was really worth the risk.
Was not a big bet but still really nice amount for me.

After all, Thibaut Courtois did very well in this match having managed a lot of saves. Ancelotti really managed to make a defensive strategy with a deadly counter-attack, who would have thought Real Madrid as a big team played like a mediocre team in the final. Many of the bettors chose both teams to score for their bet but the result was 1-0, obviously it was a losing bet and thus Liverpool's struggle to keep on attacking was in vain as it didn't produce the expected result.

I don't know what to say because honestly Real Madrid have really proven to the world that they are the only team to achieve such a high level of success in the Champions League title until this season. A total of 14 titles have been held so far and they have only failed in 3 of the 17 finals. Incredibly, that is the reaction they deserve at the moment and I also congratulate them on their success last night.

There is no doubt that Real Madrid set a record that is difficult for any other team to follow, namely the Champions League title 14 times. And even with all the doubts that existed in this final match they were able to prove that they are still the best. They don't press too much, but once pressed it is lethal.

An interesting match from both teams, it seems that many have suffered losses for Liverpool's defeat in this final match. 
Outside of this match, I was interested in some of the poses taken by some Real Madrid players, such as Benzema, Marcelo, Bale and others with their 5 finger poses which signifies that they have won the Champions League title 5 times. Incredibly, Real Madrid has added another Champions League trophy to their cupboard. What an impressive journey for Real Madrid in the 2021/2022 competition. Both are good, nothing bad in yesterday's final. If you watched it maybe you didn't think you would say that. Unless you are a Liverpool fanatic. I bet on Real Madrid, but honestly looking at Liverpool performance from the first half to the last half they were the most active in attacking. While Real Madrid only occasionally makes Liverpool defense not focus on keeping the goal. Judging from the reality on the field yesterday, it was clear that Liverpool and Real Madrid performed optimally with all their respective strengths. Both have a winning mentality that's why they are in the final. But in this case, Real Madrid is still the King of Europe.

This is what I've said before about Real Madrid really having something special that other teams don't have, so it's no wonder they won in this Champions League final. Also, Liverpool played attacking from the start and Liverpool also played more aggressively but no goals were scored. Just look at the existing statistical records, that Liverpool really continue to attack and what I worry about Liverpool is also true. I always reconsider every time I have to pick Liverpool to bet on, because sometimes when they've got deadlocked they really can never score. I am not sure I can fully agree with this. There was again this portion of luck that led once more to that one goal out of two attempts. That was no "cross-ball" that led as a serve for Vinicius Junior. It was actually meant to become a shot on target. The fact that he didn't hit the ball correctly ultimately led to Junior getting the chance to score eventually. So when you only have two chances the whole game, and you use one that came with a portion of luck, does that make you a special team?

I wouldn't argue against that if Madrid had like 5 / 6 / 7 attempts on target and there was a lucky one that finally ended in the back of the net. But here it was 1 out of 2, once more an absolutely weird game. Doesn't mean that Madrid wouldn't have won in the end anyway. Sure, if Liverpool didn't manage to score, it could still have been Real Madrid in the end who take it home. But this one was the continuation of the whole final CL round for Madrid.

The game was a little weird of course but I think the goal happened because the last defender was watching the ball and not guarding the attacker of Real Madrid. I believe that was a mistake and at this level, mistakes cannot be made.

Yes, it was a little bit of luck included but overall I think both teams had good enough chances. But Real Madrid had some very good chances where they could shoot at the goal but they instead of shooting decided to pass the ball. And Liverpool obviously had a bit of bad luck because the goalkeeper of Real Madrid was on fire.

True that the defender lost eyesight of Vinicius, but still everybody expected a shot on target by Valverde, which is what it was supposed to be. Ended up as an accidental cross ball which then is very hard to defend. It is like those cross balls flying straight into the upper angle of the goal. Can you blame the keeper? Usually not. Those are the coincidences that sometimes decide a game. I prefer a well intentioned attack to be the actual decider of the game.

As Jürgen Klopp said it: when the best player of the match was the goalkeeper of the winning team, that says a lot! Very true!

Ancelotti chose a defensive tactic for this match, and perhaps that is why the match lost its entertainment, it was really boring to watch the final. Midfield players Modric and Kross kept very close to their own penalty area, which was unusual to see at Real Madrid. But this tactic brought victory for Real - games are forgotten, but the result remains forever. Courtois was very good last night.

Their 5 finger pose which they did in a form of pride because they have been part of the success of Real Madrid, winning 5 times the Champions League is an achievement that is difficult for other players. After Benzema, Marcelo, Bale and others who have won the Champions League 5 times, it is very difficult for their successor at Real Madrid to be able to repeat the success that has been achieved by Real Madrid. The first half of this final match was really boring to me but thankfully the second half was more exciting. But this was still not even close to the tempo of their previous final match in this tournament. We were able to watch only one goal which Real Madrid scored. I watched Klopp in the 5 Europan finals, he won only once. that says a lot. Yes, he won two cups this season, but with zero goals with much luck against Chelsea through penalties.

I have to say that the way that Real Madrid won the Champions League title this year is one of the weirdest ones that i ever witnessed. I mean it is completely normal for a team to maybe be lucky in one or even two matches like Chelsea was very lucky back in 2012 when they advance into the final against FC Barcelona even though Barca was the way stronger team in the semi-final and then in the final against Bayern Munich chelsea was again the weaker team by such a big margin but somehow they managed to still win the title back then with an immense share of luck.
This year though Real Madrid was the weaker team in basically all matches in the knock out stage and also yesterday in the final, but they still won the trophy in the end.. crazy.

Real Madrid managed to kill several players who had been predicted to be troublesome from the start, such as Luiz Dias. Even though they didn't really turn off the movement of all the players like Mohammed Salah who still got a lot of potential goals. I respect Real Madrid a lot for their achievements, it is not easy to be champions when their are other teams that are also good.  The interesting thing about Real Madrid winning it is that winning  is now a normal thing and must for them.

Liverpool did dominate possession, but it was Real Madrid who actually controlled the final. Because, on many occasions, they managed to direct the game in the direction they wanted. Courtois then came on to perfect. Real Madrid was greatly helped by the brilliant performance of Thibaut Courtois.

The champions league final was actually a bit boring. Liverpool missed too many scoring opportunities, not a single goal from nine shots on target. Real madrid played a good tactical game, took advantage of the opportunity to score and became the champions league champion, never underestimate this team from the champions league. Well done to Real or better should I say well done to the Real goalkeeper as he was undoubtedly the savior of Real yesterday night.It looked like everything Liverpool tried to do was stopped from Tibault Corteaux the goalkeeper of Real Madrid.For Liverpool it was one of those extremely unlucky nights especially when the opponents goalkeeper saves so much.I think Real winning this trophy for the 14th time in history is becoming boring but that is the way things ended yesterday night,so let's hope for a better final in the next year.
