Oh, my bad. I thought suprnova was the only pool with the most miners, totally forgot about suchpool. It's not looking too bad any more though. The chance for a 51% attack is very low right now. I'm sure bitember and cpu-pool will be doing fine with time.

The reason the 1st pool has 0 miners is cause there are rumors that the owner has been closing down pools and stealing coins with other new coins.

You missed out on one... https://hiro.forkpool.com 39 workers (inc me!) 165Mh/s poolrate I moved a few days ago, when the last 'spread the hashrate' call went out. I have 800 Hiro in my wallet & they're staying there!

In others news... anyone notice the "fight" going on with Hiro on MintPal the past few hours? Soon as it goes up, BOOM smackdown, 5-6 times already. I'm no great market reader, but it does seem like someone's trying to keep this coin from increasing too much... and losing Thanks! I got my 270x to ~1.370Mh/s with this.
No problem, nice to know it helped Hello! I've been following hirocoin since it launched and i'm persuaded that hirocoin really has something unique. Other coins can adapt to x11, but I think that this coin even has more to offer. Just look at the the whole team that are contributing to this coin. I can say that I will keep on supporting hirocoin! About yesterday, I also noticed that a fight was going on. Someone was buying up a lot of coins, but not wanting the price to go up. I don't know who that was, but the trading volume was around 4-5 btc last 24h on mintpal, and it was up to almost 30 after that. You can say that it was many people who bought, but I think that it was mostly from one user. Why? Because I saw a pattern. Good or bad? It can be both. It's good if the person keeps the coin without dumping them, and it's bad if the person dump them. I hope that the person see the coin as I do and will keep them for a long time, then we will have no problem with uptrend.

Guys - use P2Pool. It's completely decentralised by nature! You can use it even if you have barely 100kh/s, which is nothing in terms of X11 hashing. Here's my node, which has 0% fees for nearly 1 whole month from now. With P2Pool you get the following benefits: - Transaction fees are paid to miners so you get payouts just as high as solo mining
- It almost completely avoids a 51% attack
- You don't have to trust a centralised server, as payments go directly into your own wallet!
- You can set up failover nodes so that you don't lose any shares if that one goes down. The share chain is shared across ALL P2Pool nodes.
The ONLY downside is the 24 hour share chain - this means that over the first 24 hours of mining your payments will ramp up to your final amount, but this doesn't mean you lose out on anything, because for 24 hours after you finish mining you get payouts that make up for it. Seriously, I don't know why more people aren't using P2Pool. If you run a 24/7 miner and aren't using it you're hurting your own profits. I'll even help others set up their own nodes to help us all secure the network. Just join #n00bsys0p on Freenode, or use the built in chat on any of my p2pool nodes. Please do ask if anybody has any more questions... EDIT: To use my p2pool node configure your miner as follows: Pool URL: stratum+tcp://hiro.p2pool.n00bsys0p.co.uk:9408 User: Your wallet address Password: Anything you like because P2Pool ignores it You DO NOT need to set up workers, so if you have a few miners that have about the same power you can happily use the same address for all of them. You should see your payments start to come in fairly fast. P2Pool on HIRO is finding blocks way more than once an hour.

http://poolz.eu:9408 - I am running a P2Pool node in Europe :ULTRA FAST INTERNET CONNECTION Unix Server equipped with SSD, tuned for low latency 1% feeHow to connect: Server = http://poolz.eu:9408 Username = your HIRO wallet address Password = choose a whatever random passwordHighlights: No registration, start mining directly Lightweight pool frontend, responsive design also perfect for browsing with tablet or smartphone Node heartbeat live displayed on frontend, updating every 10 seconds also on smartphone and tablet PC Fast and direct payments (PPLNS) into your wallet instead of a central wallet managed by someone you don't know Decentralized network, harder to attack Transactionfee's in a block will also by payed to all miners in the pool Switch between different p2pool nodes without penalty. Payments will continue, they are all connected --> just setup another P2Pool node or two as backup Hints to succes: You will receive small payments very soon, these payments will get higher as longer you run on P2Pool. You should mine at least 24 hours to get an idea. You should consider mining this pool if you have a minimum hashrate of 1 Mh/s. Lower hashrates are not recommended because it's not efficient. If you have a lower hashrate you should think about using a normal pool. You will have more stales/rejects, around 5 ~ 10% is normal with P2Pool technology. You may have to play with the intensity. With P2Pools you should normally lower your intensity one or two steps down. Just look at the accept/reject rate.

I tried a lot of conf for my r9 290 but after some time has passed the sgminer reports that both cards are dead. Can anybody suggest a solution? What i'm doing wrong? "kernel" : "darkcoin", "auto-fan" : true, "gpu-fan" : "30-60", "intensity" : "20", "temp-target" : "75", "temp-overheat" : "82", "temp-cutoff" : "90", "thread-concurrency" : "32765", "gpu-threads" : "2", "worksize" : "512", "gpu-engine" : "1050", "gpu-memclock" : 1250
I also use msi afterburner with powertune +30 Does this play a big role in the hashrate "no-pool-disable" : true, Thanks in advance
