An STO is a token offering that is similar to an ICO but the main difference is that STOs are regulated. STO's are also tokenized equity or debt in the company.  In our case, it is tokenized shares of stock.  So when you buy a SANA token it is attached to one share of Class B common stock with voting rights and dividend rights.  And if we were to ever sell the company, those holding SANA tokens will be a share of the sale based on how many SANA tokens that own at the time of the sale.

I see that you have an honest budget. I even thought that you might not have enough money to open a network of clinics. Alas, I do not know how much it costs in the USA.

With $10 million and even more with $25 Million we can do it.  You must realize that our growth is also dependent on opening at least 10 to 20 and using part of the profits from them to open more clinics.  We need about $500,000 to $700,000 to open a Canine Cancer Center AND have enough to fund the operation cost for one year.  We do not expect to have to support a clinic for one year.  We fully expect profits to exceed operating cost fairly quickly.  But I also try and have back up funds for operating cost.  

We can even do this plan with only 3 clinics but it will take longer.

The US governments have a lot of programs but they are all for cancer research not to open buildings and clinics for a for-profit company.

A really working cancer drug would be a revolution in medicine. and people with only a small part of the rights (investment) to this drug could become very rich people. But the problem is that no one knows when such a drug will be created.

I really don't think you are reading any of the posts by mean.  If you would, you would know it is NOT a drug that we have created nor do we need a new drugs.  We use existing drugs for our treatment and it works.

And yes we are selling the treatments at a fair cost and that is a noble cause but we do need to make money and profits so we can build more.  So we will manage our business and expenses properly and we will promote our clinics so we can make profits to build more clinics and pay out dividends to our SANA token holders.

I am open to suggestions. I thought the video would do that. The only other thing is to say all cells need energy to live.  But cancer stem cell the cancer that spreads need energy the most.

So we have a way of temporarily keeping the energy source from the cancer cells and during this time that we have taken the energy source away from the cancer cells they are extremely weak. So when we then use small doses of Chemo it kills the cells.

Now other companies are trying the same thing but they are trying to find a NEW DRUG to do it so they can make billions. But the side effect are terrible because all the new drugs need to be taken on a daily basis

To be cured of cancer, a person is certainly ready to give all his money. But not all people have enough money to pay for treatment. In developed countries, there is health insurance, you can probably take a loan, etc. But a lot of people can't afford expensive treatment especially from poor countries. Are there any international organizations helping in such cases?

I think it is too early to talk about listing especially on the leading cryptocurrency exchanges. Project tokens are not intended for speculative trading as Gary wrote. although in the future, investors will certainly be able to sell their tokens.
