Sri Lanka is in complete control of the game in the 2nd test match between SL and BAN. Bangladesh batsmen could not perform in their 1st inning and bowled out on 178 runs. Except for Zakir's fifty, no other batter showed any real sign of resistance. Sri Lankan fast bowlers were too good for them. Asitha Fernando begged four wickets in the first inning.

Both the Sri Lankan batsmen and bowlers have performed well in the first innings. Sri Lankan batsmen made a huge collection of 631. Due to the excellent bowling of the Sri Lankan bowlers, Bangladesh's innings stopped at just 178 runs. Asitha Fernando took four wickets in just 10.4 overs. Besides, Viswa Fernando, Lahiru and Jayasuriya picked up two wickets each.

Sri Lanka's top order is not playing well in the second innings. Sri Lanka lost four wickets for 72 runs. However, even if the Sri Lankan team does not perform well in the second innings, it will not face any major problems. The Sri Lanka team is already ahead of Bangladesh by a big margin of 430 runs. I don’t know why Sri Lanka wants to tell to Bangladesh that they have no chance to win because when they made 531 runs in the first innings and then their bowlers picked all the wickets of the Bangladeshi team easily, and now they came again at crease and in the just first 9 overs, they made 50 runs and now Sri Lankan team is leading by 400+ runs, which is not small runs and now for sure, the winner is known.
I think this match should not happen because of the result everybody knew. What a match is this at Chattogram, the match is going very good.

Bangladesh team often plays well in T20 but in ODIs they play very poorly and in Test matches they play very poorly.  Bangladesh once gained a lot of reputation in the game of cricket but their performance in the game is deteriorating day by day. I don't see any potential player in Bangladesh team now who can present Bangladesh team as top team in world again. And it is doubtful whether such players will arrive in the future. losing the match is not a problem but losing the match by such a huge margin of runs is really a shame for Bangladesh.

The Sri Lankan team came to bat once again but I don’t think so that they have to come again on batting because the Bangladesh team cannot chase 300 runs but I think so that their captain wanted still there are two and half days left so why we are not going to try to their batsmen, it will help them to judge their performance and they can also play without any pressure but I think this turned against them.

102 for 6 does not look like a promising figure for them. No doubt Srilanka will still win this test match but at the back of their mind, this poor performance in the 2nd innings will keep on pinching them. Bangladesh can take this positive bowling by them while they still are on the losing side.
