You are absolutely right, the Bangladesh cricket team is in such a bad situation due to the lack of skilled players in the Bangladesh cricket team. The Bangladesh Cricket Board should consider something new to overcome such a bad situation of the Bangladesh cricket team. There is no doubt about it. Bangladesh team has shown a very disappointing performance in two innings and did not even cross 150 runs in second inning of test match. As a Bangladeshi, I want to say that not only in this match Bangladesh played most the match like this shits. I personally what think is there is nothing about the performance it about the Bangladesh squad Bangladesh squad is become awful and This is only because of the politics enter in the Bangladesh Cricket Board Management team and they are really successful in choosing those types of players who will play like this.

On this side these players took their high salaries and make dump performance in every match on the other side Bangladesh women team won the SAFF football final. They should learn from those womens.

South Africa cricket team played very well. They won by huge margin showing how strong they are. It is surprising that Pakistan struggled against Bangladesh but then beat England. Pakistan performance is hard to predict. Congratulations to Tony de Zorzi for being named Player of the Match. His 177 runs helped South Africa to win easily. Now everyone wants to see if Pakistan can keep playing well against tougher teams. Can they stay consistent or will they struggle. That is right Bangladesh did not play well especially on their own home ground. They should look at what Pakistan did to improve. Pakistan was struggling at home but they made big changes. They rested top players and focused on spin bowling. These changes worked surprisingly well. Pakistan beat England twice winning the series. Bangladesh can learn from Pakistan success. Trying new strategies and giving young players chance could make their team better.

Nothing to say about the batsmen of Bangladesh, because they are regularly performing badly. If the Bangladeshi batsmen luckily perform well in 1 match, then they perform poorly in 10-12 matches. Bangladeshi players don't play for the team, they play only for salary, whether the performance is good or bad, Bangladeshi players don't care about this. How well the South African batsmen performed was very good. Bangladesh was defeated by an innings and 273 runs which was not expected at home. However, Bangladeshi players can never be expected to improve, they can only perform well against smaller teams. Bad batsmen of Bangladesh team should not be given chance in the team. Bangladesh selectors should select good players.

New Zealand could not muster up to 300 in their first innings. Even before 250 maybe New Zealand will lose all their wickets. Key batsmen like Devon Conway, Rachin Ravindra and Tom Blundell are not batting well. The total collection of these three batsmen is only 9 runs. But all three are very important batsmen of the New Zealand squad.

New Zealand have collected 172 runs and the team has already lost 5 wickets. Now at the crease are Daryl Mitchell and Glenn Phillips. These two batsmen are quite experienced and capable of playing big innings. If this pair can bat responsibly, chances are New Zealand will collect big. If New Zealand can muster around 350 I think it will be a decent collection for the first innings.
