We are having good development in few countries cricket, but now it's time we have changes because ICC already give full member status to Ireland and Afghanistan which is surely not good deal for these countries because they are not able to perform as expected and things are not going ideal for this status as well.

Just because of this is the correct time to have changes and reduced countries for test format with we need to have 14 to 16 teams for ODI and 18 to 20 for the T20I because with this we will be able to have improved quality and better number of games for them in every year. Allowing more countries as full for all format is surely not good because we have few countries which are not able to give their best in all formats even recently we are lacking quality and consistency from countries which are having enough system and funds for these formats due to domestic issues.

You said correct  ,  In cricket  there should be less teams in T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup and Champion trophy. We observed pamp in Bangladeshi cricket before 5 years when they were host of World Cup . Bangladeshi team and Afghanistan team are of same calliper and they could not maintain their performance and they could not win the World Cup . Afghanistan International cricket team played well in last tournament but they could not win the semi final . We know that Afghanistan team is not that kind of team that will win the the world cup. Same case we saw when we found Bangladeshi team as a host of Asia cup before 5 years and they played final of Asia cup and they lose the final against India easily.ICC need to think about that otherwise we will see that kind of opponent in final match.

I am not against allowing more teams for T20 WC because it is the format that is possible for small nations to compete and in world cup like trophies they might do their maximum to get into the league so they can achieve better status in this sport in the world arena but the negative side of allowing more teams is which will eat the entertainment part cause we know there are around 8 teams are the strongest so most results might gonna be one sided.

It is always frustrating to watch a team with native players getting defeated by another team which doesn't even have one citizen in the playing XI. Namibia is one of the strongest associate nations, but they do have a reputation of being inconsistent. To be fair to them, they were without many of their regular players, such as David Wiese and Ruben Trumpelmann. But then overdependence on a few players can never do them any good in the long term. Apart from Malan Kruger, everyone else failed in the batting department for Namibia.

Due to Shoaib Khan's responsible batting, Oman team managed to defeat Namibia team in the end. I would say it was an incredible result for me. Because after Oman lost 6 wickets I didn't think that Oman team can win this match. Because as you said there are no experienced batsmen in Oman's squad. So the target of 197 runs was a big target for Oman.

Namibia's bowlers tried their best to bowl well. I would say Namibia's bowlers bowled well enough. But the target of 197 runs is enough to win. If Namibian batsmen can collect 20-30 runs more, then maybe they can beat Oman team.

Compared to Oman, Namibia team is stronger. And in this match many gamblers like me considered the Namibian team as favourites. But the Namibian team failed to win the match till the end. I would say Namibia lost this match because of bad batting by the batsmen. If the batsmen would have batted with some responsibility and would have been able to add 25-30 more runs to the scoreboard then perhaps Namibia would have been able to win this match.

Oman won the toss and took the fielding decision. Namibia's opener Michael van Lingen played an excellent innings of 40 off 55 balls. Apart from this, Malan Kruger top scored for the team with 73 runs and Smit 41 runs. Besides, none of the batsmen in Namibia's squad could bat well.

I saw Oman and Bangladesh fight in a T20 World Cup match and in that match Oman performed brilliantly against Bangladesh although Oman lost to Bangladesh in the last ball but their performance and their effort in that match definitely won my heart.

Although Oman won yesterday, I don't see them as one of the stronger associate nations. They are always in a flux because all of their players are expats. Many of them go back to India and Pakistan once their work permits expire and get replaced with new players. So there is no stability within the team. If they add at least 2-3 citizens to the team, then this issue will be resolved. But to date, not a single Omani citizen has represented the Omani national cricket team.

Namibia should have scored more runs. Would be better if they could have scored 50 more runs then Namibia could have won this match. The fall of some important wickets in their top order restricted them from scoring higher in the match. And this opportunity was accepted very well by the Oman team. They managed to get to the set position for just 6 wickets. And for this their bowlers must have a big contribution. Both Bilal Khan and Fayyaz Butt keep in good bowling performances to restrict the team to 196 runs. But I don't expect Oman to win against Scotland because Scotland is a good enough team.
