Cancelling my bet after seeing the article that SMB hasn't won any series when Ginebra's import is Justin Brwonlee.

Great decision! I guess we just have to wait and see if Ginebra and TNT end up facing each other in the finals. Since Ginebra won Game 1, they have a strong chance of advancing. Based on stats, the Game 1 winner has over a 50% chance of winning the series. Looks like Ginebra's in a good position!

It was in high school that I was really good at SMB, I never liked gin at all. Win or lose the SMB team, I'm still solid on that team. I remembered that time I often bet on the ending when Ginebra and SMB would fight in the finals.

Although I never hit the ending, but the important thing is that I enjoyed watching the flesh of these two teams. Right now, I haven't been able to watch the PBA for a long time because I don't like the style of play of the players because the basketball in the PBA looks like wrestling, to be honest.

As for the 2nd game, it was exciting. Ginebra almost had it, but then CJ Perez nailed that 4-point shot. Romeo really stepped up in the 4th quarter with his 3 straight points, totaling 9. In OT, it was close at the start, but SMB refused to lose, especially with their locals playing better. Looks like they finally made the right adjustments. Their import shouldn't force plays—move the ball and let CJ attack.

Sad to say that after 1st half TNT dominates the game and there's nothing ROS can do, I like the young guns of coach Yeng but experienced showcase the edge, being together for quite some time gave TNT an extra edge, if the situation will be the same coming game 3, there's a chance that TNT may sweep ROS for these series, hopefully coach Yeng will able to find the right ajustments for his team.

2nd game, local stars really stepping up, everyone is not willing to lose that game, JMF dominates inside and even he got some minor injury he continue to play and provide decent numbers, though it was CJ who push the game to OT while TR7 and Lassiter both tookover and help the team to snatch the game from the Gin kings.

Gin kings wins, and same with you I also seeing a longer series for this sister company, PBA may use it to earn more or maybe the gambling site may use it to earn a lot, on my personal observation, seems that SMB is not on the battle mode few touches for JMF then TR7 after that rally to cut down the lead to a single digit was replaced by Cruz which I really don't know the need maybe for defensive purpose but TR7 is doing good a can help and fill that need, though we can't really say if how coach G playing his system or maybe there's a call from Boss Al hahaha..

Same here, I haven’t placed my bet since Sunday is my day off from sports betting, haha. I don’t believe there’s any manipulation in the SMB-Ginebra series; it’s just that both teams are playing competitive basketball, and either could be the champion this conference. Tough game but yes ROS manage to snatch the and prevent them getting a sweep, now, another opportunity for them to work with their system and then try to even the series, much better if they again win it will reset the series in terms of equal opportunity to advance to the finals, not sure but there's no impossible as watching PBA upset is not new, anything can happen and you just need to be lucky when you place your bets.

Normally, what we would see in the final 4 are either SMC or MVP teams. There are some flaws to the new system that the management has been created, but still it's a good thing that they changed something for the betterment of the team.

Next matches are in 2 days, and I'll be supporting my favorite team ever since which is SMB yet again just because an independent team is competing yet again. Kind of weird yes, but that's how I felt. I also want to see Coach Yeng spending a little longer with ROS while developing their players so they can compete to the likes of SMC and MVP teams. I'm not saying though that this will never happen, but I also hope that there will be no "under the table" offer from these players so that they will not transfer to either these 2 big franchises.

The SMB vs. Ginebra series is still too early to call. If SMB wins the next game, we might see a Game 7. Both teams are evenly matched, though Ginebra has a slight edge in the import comparison. But SMB has a lot of local players ready to step up. I think they should give Romeo more minutes—when he’s on the floor, the offense flows much better.

I might not be watching PBA games for quite some time, but I still support SMB even though there's a record where the team hasn't won a series when Ginebra has Brownlee as their import. Who knows? We might see the streak being broke this time, but one thing's for sure, we will see a good match-up between these 2 teams.

I don't know about ROS, but I'm think that they can stretch the series still and win in Game 4. I know that their win in Game 3 was just because of an and-one from Fuller, but it shows that they can still beat TNT. Odds might not be favoring them, but the ball is round.

The line changes are basically driven by the perception of the betting public. As you can see, there’s often a big movement, and that’s because this league doesn’t have a huge market, so any sharp bettor can easily shift the line.

For Game 1, Ginebra was the favorite, which made sense because they had an easier journey compared to SMB, who had a tough battle against Converge. In Game 2, SMB was favored since the public believed they’d even the series, and they did. Game 3 had Ginebra as the favorite, being the better team, and they won. Now SMB is favored again as they’re expected to tie the series. Let’s see if the line movement was on point this time.
