San Miguel Beermen player Terrence Romeo was sued over a bounced check and a failure to deliver on a promise of returns on investments.

According to Emil Sumangil's report on "24 Oras", Marco said he invested in P10 million in a poultry business with a guarantee that it would yield 25% a month.

Terrence Romeo has beed experience problems in the past but now the issue is directly for him and bouncing check and scam accusations are a big case, this can totally affect his career and might put him on a bad situation if he can’t settle this before the court. Looks like, Terrence are also a victim here of those scammers since they are using the name of Terrence or most probably he is really connected to that group.

Regardless of explanation here, he is already involve here especially he issued a check that is under his name, that’s a strong case against him and he cannot deny that, he’s on a big trouble here. Lots of investors are affected, especially those who trusted the system because there’s a Terrence Romeo on the big list. His PBA career are really challenging, and his personal decisions are affecting it.

There is also a play where he drove to the basket but fell down because of fatigue and it caused them turnover. I don't know but I think Artis might think of giving himself some rest as well because in crucial times like this, he can't perform well unlike in TNT where they still have players who are fresh off the bench in case somebody is tired.

I think that's enough for him, besides, he got used to in playing heavy minutes prior to this game and you can tell he is still really active, just some bad decision sometimes but overall he is a quality import. Phoenix vs Northport, I'll choose Northport to win.

Human is still human so there's no doubt that a players want to rest because of tired and that's what happy to their import art is 53 minutes in a whole game is too long for an human played almost 1 hour in the court you will feel tired even though you body is in good condition.
Their import contribute well and good for the team.

I think that's enough for him, besides, he got used to in playing heavy minutes prior to this game and you can tell he is still really active, just some bad decision sometimes but overall he is a quality import. Phoenix vs Northport, I'll choose Northport to win.

He scored 39 points, that's a very reliable import, compared to Fuller who only score 15 points, not even half of the production of the NP's import. What the NP needed is to keep their local play hard, especially their reserve who are not utilized well in this game. TNT had the edge in the OT because they were able to utilize their roster unlike the NP who let their starters played heavy minutes.

The TNT vs Ginebra is a really good match-up to watch. For me, this is like a PBA Finals because Ginebra is a strong team and TNT were the champ last season, so I'm expecting to see a very close and entertaining quarterfinal. Import vs import, I think Ginebra has the edge, but on locals TNT has.

I think all of them deserve to have a vacation in Bora or any place that they'll go along with and talk about how the team always badly ending up at the last every conference. After this conference, I think there's another round for talks with their management, players and coaching staff to rebuild the team again.

After this conference, I think there's another round for talks with their management, players and coaching staff to rebuild the team again.

I don't expect that any rebuilding would help them, maybe temporarily because Blackwater is just a farm team, once the bosses see a player that is carrying the team to get better, they would think of acquiring him or trade with a bunch of oldies which would only lead the team to another rebuilding. That was intense indeed, I thought Batang Pier would advance into the playoffs with a 6 game winning streak.

Pre-game odds for that game were TNT 1.39, NorthPort 2.85, the spread was 5.5 so you still won that game if you bet for NorthPort with the handicap.

Too early to tell, Ginebra is still the team to beat for me, as long as they have Brownlee being a dominant import, I believe they will survive and could beat their opponent.  In that case, I would be betting on the Gin Kings against the TNT, at least in the first game just to be safe.

Honestly, I've just saw some speculation that Paras will be traded. There's no confirmation yet and that's just the talk that I've seen in another community for PBA.
It's true that they're just a farm team and it's been so long that they've part of the league and who knows if the management gets serious and invests more for a better roster update for the next conference.
