Real Sociedad doesn't have a bad team at all. Are in third place and they are not just there. Places 1 and 2 are normally unattainable, but that team also has a completely different goal than becoming champion. Finishing 3rd would be a very nice result. Osasuna and Mallorca are currently in 9th and 10th place in the ranking, so they are not yet under any pressure for relegation. Wondering if Sevilla can pick up more points in the coming matches. The main reason is that their defense is bad, they don't have a good striker and they are also weak in midfield. That is a problem that must be addressed as best as possible if Sevilla wants to escape the relegation zone. They should invest quite heavily in new players to allow them to improve their performance.

I'm not really sure if Jorge Sampaoli is the one who will be fully responsible for this poor form, but he also has an important role to play in improving his team's current form. You have said it all. Athletic Bilbao has a better record in the last four clashes with Real Sociedad, and for that, there must be close odds. But betting on Real Sociedad to win is a very big risk because Athletico Bilbao last match ended in a draw. If you check very well, Athletic Bilboa has more goals than Sociedad, this is because they have more creative attackers. Instead of predicting direct winning or drawing, I'll rather play both sides to score, to me it's a bit less risky.

May Getafe match be the start of Sevilla's revival as they haven't won since 3 months, the position they are at now is really depressing for a team who was among the top 4 last season. Hopefully these two matches could distance them a bit from the riskiest ranks in case they managed to win, although Surprises usually comes from the teams that are at the bottom of the table.

But winning they should be able to maximize the match against Girona this time. Even if the actual performance for this season Girona is better but Sevilla's momentum is still there.
The problem is that right now they will be playing away and this is a bit inconvenient I think because regardless of anything they are struggling and playing away obviously makes it even more difficult.
The condition of the series is still very big if you look at the team's current performance, but other possibilities, such as one team losing by a narrow score, can still happen.

They still have a long way to go and they still have the chance to continue improving their form this season. Maybe, we will see Sevilla come back strong when they have some new faces in their main lineup.

This season Sevilla is one of the worst teams even Sevilla has the same points as the team in the relegation zone so I'm not surprised when they lose
It is unfortunate, when last season Sevilla was finished in top 4 but now they are ranked 17 I can't imagine if Sevilla is relegated

This Sevilla reeks of Second since the League began. I already warned and many around here called me exaggerated.
And the worst thing is that it seems that the board does not care, a single signing in winter with the team risking its life. Shameful. By the way, Nianzou's boot-twister cost 20 million.

Somehow I feel it would be the other way around.
This match is a condition for prestige and they will obviously be total in the squad I think especially for Barcelona who really have to make a target of at least getting a trophy regardless of whether it's prestigious or not.
This is El Clasico and they don't want to lose again like the previous meeting.
On the other hand, Madrid have also in the last few games not been very good I think and it can be seen in their match in La Liga they seem to have lost their way, hopefully in this match they can overcome this.

The temporary score between Real Socidedad vs Athletic Club is 3-1 in favor of Real Sociedad. The match seemed to be going quite tight, moreover they both controlled the game even though Bilbao did experience a bit of trouble in the attack line.
Just now Alvarez got a red card. So this opens up another opportunity for Real Sociedad to add to the score with a composition of 10 players from Athletic Club. Not only that, Oyarzabal's penalty kick penetrated the Athletic Club's goal. It looks like it will be difficult for Bilbao to equalize.

Girona were so comfortable against them and they could have even won by a bigger goal gap. Sevilla are just too bad at defending now. Even though the weekend have been filled with surprises with the Almighty man city losing to Manchester united, the same can not be expected to happen with Real Madrid vs Barcelona tonight.

Real Madrid is in the best form this season even though some of their games ended in a draws it doesn't undermine their performance in any way so I expect a straight winning for Real Madrid tonight.

Barcelona against Real Madrid this is a very good match and will be a match full of drama because both of them are fighting for first place in La Liga so it will make both teams compete with full strength and try very hard, Barcelona may find it difficult to withstand attacks from Real Madrid unless they deploy full defense after scoring.
