The coach of Atletico Madrid mentioned that in the conference before the game and he said Griezmann will be absent in this great match would be a good advantage for the Athletic Club.

Third placed Barcelona been inconsistent the season and that I think was caused by the injury of some of their important players but unlike Real Madrid who was still able to get good results without their injured key players, Barcelona haven't been able to remain consistent with their performances and that's why they're currently in the third position of the league table.

The battle for who wins the Spanish La Liga title at the end of the season is mathematically not over but considering the performances of the top three teams in the league table, I think it's safe to say that Carlo Ancelotti's men will be crowned champions at the end of the season.

skarais, in the last match both of the teams had a lot of chances to score in this match. And to be honest I am a little surprised to see only one goal in this match. Sevilla did miss a lot of chances. They have missed really easy chances from the very start of the match. I totally agree with you Real Madrid seems lack of confidence last match.

Real Madrid knows that its position at the top of the standings is very dangerous; therefore, Real Madrid never feels safe. Real Madrid must keep trying to win in the next match in order to get enough additional points to prevent Real Madrid from being overtaken by any team. Carlo Ancelotti may have thought about that and is still trying not to rely on some of the core players he has.
