I don't think it's a smart decision for Barcelona to allow Xavi continue next season with them. Barcelona needs to hire new coach and new players to make the team stronger than it is now. Xavi has tried for Barcelona, but he can't continue to help the team folder. I am certain that Barcelona has lost every title this season and will finish the season without one. And many fans are pleased when Xavi makes decisions that result in his departure from the team, as Xavi is the primary reason for Barcelona's poor performance this season. Let’s hope so because their financial situation is really a great burden to them and it will one way or the other affect their success going further. Xavi is a great coach and I really believe that he can make Barcelona better and successful than they are now. I think it's natural that Barcelona would want to take legal action regarding the two controversial moments in the El Clasico match, but in all likelihood I agree that it won't change anything. I think everyone feels happy because Barcelona still keeps Xavi as their manager. Barcelona has no many options, they can't hire top managers because they can't give a big salary.
