I agree with you on the age problem. I have just checked their squad again and I have seen that their average age is really high. There are not many players whose age is below 25 right now. They are like the new Juventus with old players.    They can revolutionize the team and create a new team with young and talented players. But it is not a thing that will happen in a short time of course. We need time for that even if they think of doing this also.

I agree that Nacho Fernandez and Elder Militao cannot be relied on to defend Madrid's defence, because both of them have made mistakes several times.
I've been watching the game they both seem to be right they both don't deserve to be the starting eleven, so Madrid really have to bring in top defenders
if they really have the ambition to win the La Liga and Champions League trophies. If not then Madrid will find it difficult to face a big team that has

Forget about transferring good defenders to Real Madrid until Perez buys Mbappe, Holland or another star. Real Madrid needs to strengthen not only the defense, but already think about buying players in midfield. Cross and Modric are getting old and unable to play against fast and physically strong players. But Peres needs a star, or better two.
