I think I have to agree with you because actually Barcelona didn't play well against Sociedad yesterday. I'm sure Barcelona played well in the first half, but in the second they didn't play as expected so Sociedad managed to get a better percentage of possession overall.

After two back to back defeats now they have done good job against Real Sociedad and won their match even this is hard fought win, and they missed few chances but win is win and surely now if they won against struggling Royal then surely they will settle for second spot behind leaders Real Madrid and having good advantage against Sevilla which lost this spot just because of poor form in last few matches.

Barcelona is doing good job but as we all know they are still looking for strikers because currently they have some problems in this department, surely we will have some good addition in next season because currently some rumours are in market as they are not interested in Haaland, but Lewandowski is also in connection for this spot if this happened then surely this could be great for them, and they could more lethal.
