Meetings records from both of teams has happened on segunda division so apparently this is their first met after promoted to Laliga and i think this match is really hard to predicted considering both of teams in the good shape especially Girona that they were successfully gets 2 wins and 2 draw from 5 matches and avoid relegation zone so it's proven Girona is strong opponent for Rayo however Girona home matches records isn't too impressive this season even they had several times to lose at their home ground so there is a chances for Rayo to gets 3 points from this match

I can't believe that I would be happy to see such a game but at this point I am willing to watch any game as long as it's a league game and I am willing to bet on any game as well. It's clear that we are talking about a team that is not that great at all, but that's not the point here. World cup finals was amazing, and the fact that it became the world cup with most goals scored ever, after so many 0-0 results in the first group stage games, it is marvellous.
But enough is enough, it has been quite long enough that even Vallecano looks like a prime game to watch at this point for me, and I will be delighted to spend a night watching that game without a doubt.

Barcelona should be continuing from where they left by the returnal of the World Cup. Espanyol isn't a very serious opponent for them considering their results in the league so far. Atletico Madrid is going to be a bigger test for them of course. Atletico Madrid are technically not much impressive now. They still have weaknesses due to bad management I think. They just can't use their potential efficiently.

If Simeone adopts the same usual strategies then I see Barcelona a few steps ahead despite its being an away game. Real Madrid already beat Atletico Madrid here so it should be the same for Barcelona.

This is upsetting for football fans of course because we won't see these big players in big tournaments with their national teams anymore. After making this announcement I started wondering how many years Benzema is planning to continue his general football career as well. As long as he is a part of Real Madrid I think he might continue to play at least the age of 40. Otherwise he might retire earlier than that by playing for a MLS team etc. for some time.

It is a pity to see someone like Benzema already say goodbye to the highest team in the world. France will miss him and the supporters will be sad too. After ten days we are heading for another heated competition for the title race as Barcelona is going to host Espanyol and Real Madrid will be at Estadio José Zorrilla Valladolid these both matches on papers looking easy because opponents are not strong enough after in second week after break and first round in new year could be challenging for both top rank teams with Barcelona will be at Metropolitano Stadium Madrid for facing Atlético Madrid even this is also not going to be challenging match with their form and performance before break
