I agree with, it is not good enough to have star players in a team but management of those players matters a lot,  take Manchester United some season ago their have all the star players and even Ronaldo at that time was highly energetic but still their could not make any good result.

So the coach and other clubs' management play a vital role in the success of the clubs.

I agree with, it is not good enough to have star players in a team but management of those players matters a lot,  take Manchester United some season ago their have all the star players and even Ronaldo at that time was highly energetic but still their could not make any good result.
