Due to the fact that the most important rival of Real Madrid has been kicked out of the Copa del Rey, Real Madrid now has a greater chance of winning the trophy, and on the other hand, after losing three El Clasico games in the season, the team may be able to finally retaliate against Barcelona.

Benzema was making hatrick against barcelona. I remember when so many barcleona fans were mocking him if benzema was only able to do hatrick against small clubs. That has proven that benzema is real world class striker.

I really have no idea how Real Madrid won this El Clasico by 4-0 away. It was a Copa del Rey game maybe but both teams were caring about the cup anyway.

Barcelona actually started better but after some time Real Madrid started to play really amazingly. But I still can't believe Barcelona about how easy they lost their concentration this much. They even had a 1-0 score advantage before the beginning of this game. They were just demolished in their home stadium. Real Madrid should be able to go for the cup as well from now on. They really want this obviously.

Here was a different Real on the field, except for one moment at the beginning of the first half, Barcelona could not create anything else at the goal of Real. True, if Barcelona had realized its moment in the 2nd minute, no one knows how the game would have gone.
But Barca lost their monemts and Real not. Benzema made a hat-trick and it's clear why he got the golden ball. Modric hands out passes as if he were still 25 years old and not 37, he plays so casually.

I agree with you. Home or away venue is not very important in El Clasico. At least it seems so from the last few matches. Real Madrid's performance in the away match was also impressive. Both teams attacked a lot. But every Madrid attack was structured. Madrid had a total of 9 shots in this match, 7 of which were on target. Benzema and VIni performed very well in this match. At the same time, every defender of Madrid played very well in this match. This is why Barcelona players could not score any goals despite several good attacks.

It's quite true. That was a bad performance for FCB. Apart from any other fact, it will be a big blow for Real Madrid if they allow Barcelona to record another win against them this season d they eserves this winning more because  they haven't been happy after playing Barca for their past 3 clashes.  But I will say this winning is more possible for Madrid because Barcelona also went through the same injury challenge that they (Madrid)did in the first leg. With Frenkie Dejong, Usman Dembele, Pedri,  and Christensen all out,  one will not expect the best of FCB. Though I wasn't expecting Barca to be this poor.

I don't know what went wrong with Barcelona in this game. but Barcelona's Defense was not what it used to be. they have several gaps that can be exploited by Real Madrid players to create good opportunities. and Benzema also appeared extraordinary in this match. Benzema managed to make a hat trick in this match. and it really exceeded everyone's expectations. because Benzema proved that age is no longer young is not a barrier for him.

Since Real Madrid almost missed La Liga title then I assumed they will try their best in Copa del Rey although many suspicions started to raise after their defeat in the first leg. Real Madrid players and mainly Benzema didn't fail their fans and passed to the final game. There have Champions League too where they could claim it back again

well, in the end, Benzema gave an embarrassing reply with a score of 0-4 and Benzema scored 3 goals in that match, and that was enough to satisfy Benzema to reply to the ridicule.
yes, even though Barcelona is a team that is known for being strong and good, look at the reality Real Madrid gave Barcelona a big surprise. even though I didn't fully watch the match between these two teams, I saw replays from YouTube how embarrassed Barcelona were with a 0-4 defeat. very sad.

This was a great lost and a painful one for Barca yesterday in Camp Nou. I watched only the second half but what surprised me was the way Barca players gave up the match so easy. They couldn't fight back because the tactics that Real Madrid used overpowered their strategy which left them with no option than to surrender totally to Real Madrid. I respect Real Madrid on this one and I give applaud to Ancelotti,who have successfully qualified to the final stage of the competition. Benzema and Rashford played as if they were on training ground,destroying Barca's defence without a problem. The match is still a big shock to Barca and their fans.

I was hoping Real Madrid would try to win the cup, but I thought it would be a tough game and that Real Madrid would win 0-1, maybe 1-2, but I certainly didn't expect such a confident win. Well I'm glad that Barcelona won't be able to win all the titles in Spain this year. And this victory shows that Real Madrid is still a very dangerous opponent and they have the potential to win the Champions League again, at least the semi-finals will probably be the most difficult milestone for them along the way.

To be honest Barcelona performance was very poor against Real Madrid which they could not even make a goal in the game. Real Madrid really played well and they deserve a win from the game. One thing I discovered about Barcelona is that any game outside laliga they don't always give their best, with the result of this game I won't just conclude if Barcelona is becoming weak. The right place to discover the real strength of Barcelona is in laliga, I will see what will be the result in their remaining games in laliga.

That exactly how the classico is. It can go in ways no one expect. Even Madrid never expected to win 4-0.
I think Barcelona were a bit better in the first half but they were not clinical enough and with the kind of injuries they have they should have made use of every single opportunity they get. They did not and they got hurt.
Madrid, on the other hand were clinical. They buried every chance they got all thanks to Benzema.
Now Madrid are the favourite to win the Copa del Rey because they're are most likely to win Osasuna in the final. It will be good to hold on to something because they league is gone and there's no guarantee that they'll will win the champions league.

However, Real Madrid played incredibly well today and beat Barcelona by 4 goals.  The final match of the Coppa del Rey was scheduled for May 6th which is still 30 days left but this scheduled is now considered as TBA. And Real Madrid will play the final match against Osasuna and it is seen that Osasuna has lost 3 matches and drawn 2 matches in last five matches with Real Madrid.  So I think the possibility of Real Madrid winning the final match here is very high. It is probably rightly said that in El Clasico it is difficult to guess who will be the winner of the next match. Last year, it was exactly the opposite when Barcelona beat Real Madrid away with the same score of 4-0. And Real Madrid were in first place in La Liga last year while Barcelona were second by a big gap. This time Real Madrid tried their luck, but it was probably a great effort by Karim Benzema.
