I have not sat down to watch a full La Liga match, but getting to watch Girona take on Athletico Madrid was a must watch and it didn't disappoint!!

Guys, Girona has finally given into the pressure of Atlético Madrid. Girona are a real treat this season. They’re not here to joke. They're a really solid team and ruthless in attack. It seems like they are unstoppable this season, they only lost once against the current leading team which is Real Madrid. Honestly I think they’re the LaLiga version of Leicester city. Whether they will win the title or not but they are not a joke anymore. They gave put in so much this season and it’s been obvious that they want to get something out of this season.
Now there are about 19 games to go. 10 points above third place. If they can replicate this performance in the remaining part of the season, I think they can win the league. To beat Real Madrid in the second leg is part of it. Because they are truly aiming for something.
