The signing of Victor Roque of you ask me is a very good idea and a great deal for Barcelona considering their current options in the striking role at the club. Robert Lewandowski who's playing in his second season at the club was instrumental to the club's Spanish La Liga triumph last season but since the start of the season, he hasn't been as effective as he was in his first season at the club.

Ok I won't say that Lewandowski won't go to the Saudi Professional League, but from what I understood last time when he was approached by a club from Saudi Arabia is that he doesn't want to go to that country and play there. Now money can change his opinion, but I am sure the offer he received last time must have been huge if we take into account that Benzema also got such an amazing offer. I really did not expected Ancelotti to have something that would keep him there for a long time. I honestly expected him to go to Brazil at the end of the season, the fact that he is staying until 2026 is a big deal.

This also means that he is going to be able to play with the team that he basically built, obviously most of the players there were there before him, but a lot of them did gained a lot of time when he was there, mainly the young players. Now surely things are going from bad to worse for the Barcelona as first they ere facing finances issues and now due to injuries and poor form of few players hurting them on ground as well which is more alarming for them with if they are not able to improve their performance then consequences could be more deep, and they can't afford this all in near future for the improvement now they need to sell their few players specially they have to think about Lewandowski which can give them good amount from Saudi League and few more are also which can bring some balance into finances, and they can bring few new quality players which will be good for the club.

I personally think Lewandowski will be released this season to the Saudi Pro League the reason Lewandowski is no longer reliable and his contribution to the team has been low this season so it was the right choice to let him move, especially since the Saudi Pro club was willing to pay a high price to bring him in. Previously I checked the top scorer list and didn't see Lewandowski name so I assume he is no longer able to compete, Barcelona should realize that there is nothing more they can expect from this 35 year old man.

Lewandowski has not always been in consistent form this season, he has even been criticized by Xavi himself. So it is not surprising that Barcelona is now starting to distrust his services at the club. In my opinion, Lewandowski should leave immediately and let this club be run by young players. Moreover, the club's financial condition can no longer guarantee anything to pay players. Saudi Arabia has become Lewandowski place because at his age his services can still be utilized there.

He has never really been at the top level he used to be when he still played for Bayern Munich. Last season he was doing alright, but remember how many goals he scored for Bayern and then I am sure Barcelona was hoping for a striker who is similar to what Harry Kane is doing for Bayern now. But Lewandowski won't get to that level. He is not the only one to blame though as I think that the Barcelona team is not strong enough. They are not a 10/10 team, they are more like a 7.5/10 team. I really did not expected Ancelotti to have something that would keep him there for a long time. I honestly expected him to go to Brazil at the end of the season, the fact that he is staying until 2026 is a big deal.

This also means that he is going to be able to play with the team that he basically built, obviously most of the players there were there before him, but a lot of them did gained a lot of time when he was there, mainly the young players. Was Rodrygo good before him? Of course, but not played this much, and plenty of other midfielders too. All in all I am expecting them to do very well under his management, they have done great so far and I think it's quite expectable that they will do very well until 2026 with him too.

He definitely had the right considerations and his decision answered all the rumors about Xabi Alonso who would be his replacement at Real Madrid.
