There were just numerous ways outside there device by scammers.

Just at the beginning of this week, a guy messaged me on telegram and asked me if I have ETH, BTC or LTC. He said he has been a part of deciding team members of one online gaming platform, that he can make a me winner if I  place a bet and that 50% of my win will be transferred to him. I said no problem, then he sent me the link of the site and asked me to open an account.

After I opened account, he asked me to send him my username which I did. Then I said what's the next step.  He said I need to bet a minimum of $100 to win $2000-5000. So I teased him further on how to place a bet, then he told me he is going to generate wallet address for me based on which coin out of the three I earlier mentioned. He said that's where I will deposit the bet.

I don't need anyone to tell me that's a scammer, but a greedy person would have jumped into that offer. Let's don't be in a rush to participate in any thing, at least a few findings can probably save us a lot of regrets.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

The number one point you stated is just the main point of it all. Greed is the number one determinant factor why people get scammed. Promises of high return on investment even when you know it's not achievable. If we can put away greed and realise that nothing good comes easy, the issue and cases of scam will be reduced to the barest.

Yes, now everyone wants to make money on the Internet and at the same time not spend a penny. But such a freebie does not happen in order to make a profit it is necessary to invest your money. And first of all I want to tell all newcomers that it is very difficult to make a good profit on the Internet. More often than not, a novice will strike at scammers and then suffers from his credulity. It is necessary to competently check and study everything and only then proceed with actions and carry out the task.

The simplest formula is with keeping things straight and simple. If we are able to manage that right then it will only take us to right direction. One of the key points to note is not to invest in anything random because that is just pure suicide.

Repeat Passwords:  I was just surfing through the forum a few minutes ago and saw a post where a guy managed to hack an ICO website and contacted the admins and the admins just don't care, never repeat passwords in two websites so that if a hacker manages to get their hands on one of your passwords, they would not be able to affect your funds in other platforms.
This is one important point. In the world of crypto and other things connected to the internet, we have to divide up several things. Main account and backup account, including password usage. This is for the security of your data. If you use the same password for all important accounts, then if one of your accounts can be hacked then it will endanger the others, as OP explained. Backup email is used to register on the website or other things that are public and not too important so that access to your primary email is completely clean from other activities. Don't forget to prepare a special notebook to record emails and passwords and other things that make it easier for you to organize your account.

although you have words like that I'm sure if you find a gap and can get the opportunity to be able to get a lot of money from the scam way then you will also try it because it will make you rich and can get a lot of money from investors and whales.

Getting scammed in this industry is very easy owing to the influx of several unscrupulous individuals who parade themselves as team members for projects which have no use case and they end up dumping the tokens on the community and holders. Greed makes one an easy prey for these thieves and take advantage of one's ignorance.

Im also seeking way not to get scammed. Its the thing that im avoiding.I've read some comments and it will surely help me a lot.And also im not greedy,Just a little bit impatient but i can surwly handle that. And im using diffrrent wallet too,i think it wise to do so.
In fact, no one is immune from fraud.  Of course, the results of our research depend on our professionalism and previous experience, but nevertheless this does not always give the desired results.  I am wary of any investment in new projects, but deal with them as a Bounty Hunter.  And if I invest my money, then only in proven projects that will definitely have prospects in the future, as well as in already held cryptocurrencies that have a very high rating.

depends on the person.if people who have just participated will certainly be more susceptible to fraud, while old people will know which sites are true and which are fake.
but, when choosing the project, it will seem a little difficult, because the scamer has a way of deceiving the hunter, and investor.

I was introduced into the cryptocurrency space with HYIPS, I thought the industry was a get rich quick scheme and devoted my time and resources in HYIPs. I lost everything I earned along the line and was depressed. I've come to realise that greed is the most prevalent reason for people getting scammed in this space. Most people believe that the industry would make the rich quickly, but have been disappointed, just like me.

And people like that would blame it on btc instead of recognizing their mistakes and learn from it, we all have our different experiences in crypto, how we got into it can be different but most of us have grown to understand it and learn from our past mistakes,
I have lost money too on hyips although not everything I owned but some good amount that would have yielded good results if I had invested through the right way and right project.

obviously no one can avoid this state of fraud, despite trying to keep an eye on and pay attention to what is necessary so as not to be exposed to fraud. I agree with the above opinion that it is wiser to refrain from investing in new projects that we really don't believe in. it is better to invest in the obvious, and do not hesitate to accept CMC as a reference for determining the investment.
- Exactly, it is difficult to avoid fraudsters in the crypto world when they have so many ways to lead us to participate in the fake projects they create, regardless of whether we try to be careful or analyze, as long as we continue to invest, the probability of getting involved in scams is still relative, aegardless of whether we try to be careful or analyze, as long as we continue to invest, the probability of getting involved in scams is still relative. Invest in projects that are valuable and absolutely certain, for projects that aren't clear, join to get rewards from bounty, it is better to invest money to bet

I would not invest into any project now due to the present market condition. There will be many projects that will come up to either help the vi crime or to stop the virus. All of these projects will be scams so stay away from investment at the moment.

That is why I believe that even the most thorough analysis may not give a 100% guarantee on the success of your business or your investments.  There is always a chance that the fraudster will be much smarter than you can identify.  Maybe I don’t have enough experience, but as a Bounty Hunter, I also always hope for other users who work with me in the bounty company, as well as for the Bounty manager, who also has a fairly high rating on bitcointalk, which is already good  chance to prevent fraud.
obviously no one can avoid this state of fraud, despite trying to keep an eye on and pay attention to what is necessary so as not to be exposed to fraud. You are really right about the dangers that await any cryptocurrency user, but you should also pay attention to the fact that Coinmarketcap is no longer an authoritative resource that you can trust without question.  There is quite a lot of information on CMC abuse on bitcointalk when incorrect or incorrect information is provided to users.

This is really a good reminder to everyone here because it is one of the most common reasons I think why we are losing some funds. To think of it that we should make a different password per website, it is such a hassle right? So we are making the same password at different websites. But to think of it that our funds are at stake, we should not think that it is a hassle. We should make different passwords per website or account so that you can prevent hackers to get your account and your funds. It is just a simple task but it is important, we are all thinking that the problem is simple but in the reality, there are lots of people being hacked and not only that because hackers can hack it when the password is the same.

Avoiding Scams is difficult now, especially since many sites and scam projects make us confused,
but to invest in old projects I think it's the only way to avoid scammers, Ethereum or Ripple is obviously very trustworthy

I had an experience similar to yours but in a slightly different format. I used a lot of passwords for many accounts, and as a backup location for storing these passwords, I used my email.
I think you already guessed that one day my e-mail was compromised and all the passwords leaked to the attacker. Thus, he gained access to some wallets and managed to withdraw a certain part of my money.
I was extremely upset and did not know what to do. Subsequently, I recovered from the blow, strengthened my security and now I devote a lot of time to my safety and the safety of my assets.

Well I think one good way for you not to be scam or avoid fraudulent is by doing deep digging of information and plenty of researching especially if you are a newbie investor which is really looking for a good profit in investing. Also, I suggest that avoid those eye-catching projects and sweet words from people that you in this industry it or they most probably scam you.
