Some interesting story - I recently tried logging in and it did not work. The affiliate manager I contacted told me they were having technical problems. Just now, I managed to log in again. Funnily, our commission in the $55 range, which we never managed to claim since Roobet requires a minimum number of FTDs (very bad term btw...)... guess what - it is not even showing up anymore all of a sudden, nor has it been transferred to our balance.

I have contacted the affiliate manager and wait for it to be fixed. Either way, another prime example of crypto casinos acting highly unprofessional without a proper affiliate program/platform.

So sad news it seems they are cutting out the fund on the affiliate programs.
So it means that the affiliated amount of fund has been disappeared but it wasn't transferredred to your balance? That's something fishy and I don't think Roobet team will let this happen despite of their making a reputation here, they even held more contest and promotions but on their affeliate program they didn't pay, it's an act of fraud.

I will keep my eye on this thread and what Roobet team will be the response on this.

I am pretty optimistic that they will fix it - my post did not imply that they "scammed" - fact is though that I am literally getting tired of crypto casinos and "issues" when it comes to wiping out players, commissions disappearing etc.

and those guys know what they are doing. Their NFTs are in demand. Just look at their traded volume



It's almost 200 million USD, if you don't feel like calculating.

Doesn't matter how much it is worth, it is still NFT and if you are not interested in that part of the crypto world then you are not interested. It could be $10 and the people who are interested would be interested as well. So, this is not really about if it has any value or not it just is something that people do not care about, well some people and not all people.

We have a whole NFT community in the crypto world and it is a big niche that people are interested but for someone like me, or anyone who doesn't really care, it doesn't mean anything. I am not saying that it will be worthless nor am I saying you wouldn't make money from it, all I am saying is that it wouldn't be something I am interested in.

I agree. NFTs are just a gimmick which is still receiving attention unexpectedly for a long time now and I don't think Roobet should venture into that market since it's quite risky for both them and the artists themselves.

Most NFTs go unsold and the ones that do get sold are usually created by popular artists from around the world. Roobet should stick to the traditional payment model in my opinion.

I have the same opinion. I don't understand the hype for the NFT's at all. On the other hand, from a business standpoint, it would make sense if Roobet also starts with this as it super popular right now and it would be smart to just ride that wave also and create some extra profit.

Many artists had join the train of NFT creators making it competitive and difficult to sell due to the high numbers of participants joining the market. It looks to me that there is more NFT creators than the buyers themselves.
NFT is a great asset which will be quite interesting to have in one's portfolio but sometimes it's difficult to sell especially for holders.

If Roobet sees opportunity on NFTs then why not grab it? Since there are some site who successfully launch their own NFTs and they made a lot of money from that. There’s a lot of artist and creators but let’s accept the fact that not everyone will get the same attention, it will still depend on how you market your product.

Its a good opportunity that will roobet grab we know how the trend of the NFT is one of the other way of earning beside of P2E and Gambling and of course its a good marketing too, its a good thing to make additional profit too for the both sides to the player who can flip the art and the gambling platform itself to gain reputation, earnings and etc. Stilll it requires a good marketing and event to make sure the it will be a new marketing strategy.

Well, I don't know well about NFT things. I only know some basics about NFT. I like to gamble and Mining ETH. If anyone of you guys is Mining ETH, You may know the Difficulty has risen a lot and the profitability was significantly less for the last couple of weeks. There's a problem on image loading to your browser base on your description that the website is only showing a fragment of the casino display. Do try to clear the cached images and files? Your browser might be loaded by heavy cached files from different website that result on this slow loading. Roobet website has a lot of image to load on there homepage, This might be the reason why you are getting  this error. You can't access the website even the glimpse of it when using VPN if you able to load some part of it. Cache image files is my prime suspect for your error.

If you already tried it on another browser or your current browser using a private/incognito window and/or clearing your browser data(cache, cookies, etc), so does hard-refreshing the site and it still doesn't work. Try to post/screenshot the output or the log of your inspect(element) network activity in your browser, let's see if I can help with it and see if there is something wrong.

Reset the Router
Reinstall the Browser

It seems they remove login using Google and decide to use regular, which you need to log in with your username and password. Maybe you can ask their support system related to your account. Hopefully, they can solve it as soon as possible or create one login for you to continue playing the games. But I never know if Roobet have an option to log in using Google.

Maybe I can suggest you that it is better not to use a Google account or other social media to log in to websites. That can prevent you from something that you do not want.

I see it's no longer there, but I guess it's the same if it's logged in using user/email but I don't mind it because I always use the user to sign in not via the Google button.
Btw there is a Roobet contest for the Super BOWL LV1 competition, the prizes are quite large, it seems that this is a big match and I see every big casino holding this contest.

Would normally be having those kind of impressions or things in mind when you have done something but still doesn't work which would really boggle up your mind whether it is on websites fault or it would be on your fault side which if you do keep on reading and hearing up others suggestions but still doesn't work then you could really be having that kind of decision or impression in mind.

Because that is what people get and see and tell here if they can not access the site. I think it is normal if they complain about why they can not access it because they think that if they tell here, they can get many solutions from us so they can try one by one and who knows that can solve their problem.

If they should try a new PC or new device, that will not be possible, but maybe they can just restart the browser, clean everything related to the internet, or even restart the modem or activate VPN. If they can not access the site using many ways, the last thing that they should do is just move to the other sites.
