what about collective creations, when more than one person creates the same artwork? this should be ok, right?

Is it not possible to use a special program to produce the images so that the participating member can then make few editing to them before publishing them to participate in the competition? I think this is somehow possible to happen.
Well, suppose that more than one participant uses the same program to produce an artwork, there is a small chance that the program will produce the same artwork for two members or more. I expect that this will be interpreted correctly so that there is no confusion and accusing the two participating accounts of being owned by one person and that this person cheats in the competition considering that it is not forbidden to have more than one account on the forum.

there are many people who do not have their own home and who are still at their parents' house even though they are minors and for this reason there is no way to deliver proof of residence because the water, electricity and internet bill is not in their name, there are many people who are afraid to hand over their passport on a strange website. If the artwork is same which is created by a multiple person for example a Boat is designed by a person and another person also designed another boat and also another person designed another boat. Then there is no problem as all the designed will not be same their must have a difference. But if any one copied from another person then that will be questionable.

Yeah that's what I was also explaining above that you can use same things in your artwork but there's no possibility that the two artwork would be identical unless you try to copy someone's else artwork to present your entry.This is just a competition and try to be creative and submit whatever you have in mind and no need to be high profile artist to participate in these contest.

You don't have a competitive spirit if you will not aim to win and for sure if you just post a art without putting much effort to defeat the past winners of the contest then most provably you are just wasting your time. As long as the artwork is original and is composed or conceptualize by you and your colleagues -- that's fine. However, you will be the one responsible distributing the rewards among your friends since they are involved who put an effort in making the artwork materialize.

Just don't commit plagiarism/artwork stealing -- there is nothing to worry about. Goodluck.

Roobet Art contest has been running for years now and so far everything works fine, every contest participants are becoming more creative and with this collaboration I think its fine as long as you do follow the rules. The art contest has been significant with Roobet, this is very effective for them and I believe we should all participate on this and have a good art competition.

Aside on the quantity of participants you could also see that some of them are really having those skills which do really give out that upperhand compared to those who do have standard skills on drawing

But seriously even we only have few tickets, the fact that you have an entry is still a chance that you might be lucky and win. So I believe nothing is impossible if you're destined to be lucky.

Thats true. There are many good artists here that consistently win. But the given time to prepare our artwork is enough to conceptualize a good entry. So lets just do our best, dont feel bad  if you lose because its part of the competition. I always think that there's always next time to improve my entry.

For instance, if parents want they can provide all this kyc stuff and then give their children access to their screen/PC to gamble. In this case, you can still not avoid minors from playing gambling.

There could be "similar" stuff, like the same exact image, painted by two different people for example, we have that with fruit bowls all over the world, people draw that to learn about light and many other stuff basically to cut it short. That means there are probably a million fruit bowls, doesn't mean that people copied each other, they just wanted to paint the same thing, but each has different style and talent level, if I draw it, or paint it, it will certainly be the ugliest thing ever, but if some great painter did, it would look like so real that you want to take a bite. So, if it's like that, I think it's fine, but if it's literally same, then it's a no no.

the point is KYC don't help any of these bad things to stop happening since people can just buy fake documents and find a way to fake KYC (even paying someone else to do it for them)

Everything can be faked out if you wants to do it and bypassing these KYC norms is not much difficult but the thing is they have set a rule at their end to avoid minors falling into this gambling addiction trap but it's the guardian moral responsibility to have look on activities of their children and guide them to avoid gambling at this age instead of helping them in faking out things.
